  1. Sorry. Any chance of a moan about it, when given the chance. 🙂
  2. We had people in there, but just didn;t know what to do with it, after Walcott gets away from his man.
  3. Bednarek! Track your player you muppet!
  4. Because we rarely have the right combination of players on the park at any given moment. We miss Che's build up play. He couldn;t finish from there, but gets it to often on the bench Stu. Too far out for him, but Alcaraz makes those central runs in a lot of the Selles tactics and gets in in.
  5. Second to nearly every part of that. KWP got in the way of it going harmlessly out, bouncing it back in. Just a shambles.
  6. The crowd certainly willing them on..and there we are.... jeez....
  7. A decent chance for Alcaraz there...
  8. Gah! Bazunu would have saved... oh, actually.... Caught up the park and cut apart so, so easily. AMN just a lump over there.
  9. Stu's shadow is often better than the output of some of the others. 🙂
  10. I didn;t know our oooomph had been delivered for us to run out of it. 🙂
  11. Well done Stu, to get us a corner. I don;t know why, with the attacks he can make, why he doesn;t do it every game...oh yeah, because he's nearly on the bench as often as he starts. 🙂
  12. A nearly one for Forest there. McCarthy holds onto it.
  13. Adams needing to take that touch...
  14. Do they test out the little stick thing on him before hand?! It would be a bit awkward in front of the watching billions if, on the day, the little stick thing told the archbishop that Chuck wasn't the chosen one by a god. Mind you, there would definitely be a TV show to find the actual chosen one. And once found, they'd have to ascend to the throne in the traditional way, by slaughtering all their opponents.
  15. wow. I wish I had one of those TVs that sees into a parallel universe. 🙂
  16. We can perform badly? hopelessly? uselessly? cluelessly? definitely a missing word in there. 🙂
  17. I swa GS first and thought Gordon Strachan. Currently technical director at a club who are already topping the Championship! Well, Dundee in the Scottsh Championship, but still... 🙂
  18. Selles has shown that cliches like tracksuit managers are a thing of the past. He brings versatility while still providing consistency; a potent combination. Whether it's long coat, tracksuit, jacket or suit, Selles manages to deliver defeat. I will be disapointed if our future manager does not utilise an extensive wardrobe on the touchline. 🙂
  19. Such a good thread. Such an appalling team that's being tracked by it. >sigh<
  20. Rasmus: Now, I am the master. Les: Only a master of powerpoint, Rasmus. Rasmus: The power cable into your Black Box is weak old man. Les: Yet still able to run a decent game of Football Manager, which we based our recruitment on. Rasmus: You should not have come back. My xG is much higher than yours. Just let me know when shooting starts... no, the series, the series...! 🙂
  21. The power of a spreadsheet against the mystery of The Black Box!
  22. Les Reed is now 70. Club connections, and following his time with Charlton, will have a point to prove, passing the Rasmus Test. 🙂
