Tbf we are where we are, which is great with the level of coaching and choice of the last 3 managers. RM must be thinking wow Playoffs that’s exactly what I thought. We clearly had a budget to tempt RM, a typical Championship manager. As a result our current position is absolutely fair given the managers experience. Leeds , Leicester recognised the level of exposure at Premier League and what it takes to be around that environment for a manager/ Head Coach. Imo it’s no surprise to see where those two teams are at the moment and likely to finish. Exactly why we are where we are and will end up finishing. RM has done a very, very good Championship job. Fair play to him, as a Saints fan is that what I want. No….,

He will be driving a Volkswagen then I guess. Great manager take him back in a heartbeat. Been watching a few Bunds league games and apart from the top three, the rest would struggle in the Championship. Really surprised he never got a shot back in the prem. He was on Man Utd shortlist at some point if memory serves correct, and if you believe the press. Best of luck to him

Agree with you. But playing against a poor Chelsea team that tbf are mid table Prem at the moment, and that’s a complement to them. Feel a bit for Potts, I bet he’s thinking what have I walked into. Can’t see him lasting much longer. Reaction to his subs said it all both the good one and and the bad one.

I know it’s not PNE, but I’ve just noticed our away game at Leicester has been postponed on the 16th March with no new date. When did that happen?. I guess for TV or the magical mystery of the EFL / FA.

Knew it, RM just hasn’t got the stones. While I'm typing 3-4, but still doesn’t change my opinion.

Really good first twenty minutes 1/2 hour, but very naive. I would really fear for us in the Prem if we go up, which I still think we will either automatically or playoffs. Would need a proper DOF spending money absolutely properly, and not just wasting it.

Our once famed academy. Liverpool youngsters have been really good. But how has our academy fallen so behind. I’ll answer my own question, the club has had some mixed priorities and owners in the last few seasons.

I know he is playing against kids, but Stephen’s at the Back has been a wall at the moment. Defending really well. Fair play.

The pressure is on. Let’s see how he deals with it. If we go up which we clearly can, does he have the swede to make us a successful Premiership team. The Leeds v Leicester game does make me question his management. A great run was fantastic, it’s how we then deal with this back end of the season. Millwall were woeful, that doesn’t bode well for us at the moment.

Very good manager at Championship, L1 level. I think we all knew that he can’t at the moment do a premier league job. That unfortunately is the difference between us going up or just staying where we are. Just a very good Championship manager unfortunately for us.

Completely the wrong part of the season to be messing about. We have had an unbelievable run fantastic, not sure if that’s the quality of this league, or the pedigree and experience of the Manager. I suspect the former, as this league does have some garbage.

1st or 2nd, for a nice relaxing spring into summer thank-you. Looking at who is likely to be in the playoffs if it’s us and not Leeds, I think we have enough. Wouldn’t want it, but with the wind behind us a bit of luck and a fully fit starting 11 be alright 🥴🥴🥴

Completely agree and we lost to one of them this week. On our game and focused, I can’t see anyone troubling us really. I am not a RM fan, but his post match in the studio last night genuinely makes me believe we don’t have to fear anyone. Providing of course we cross the white line with the right stuff both player and manager.
