I did believe that but was just checking as some words have a way of duplicity, though thankfully not with our current owner & chairman. So I assume we will have a sponsor free away strip in which case I would go for the 76 Final strip. I hate the current blue top.

Sorry if I have missed this BUT is the new shirt actually going to be a team strip as well as an anniversary shirt for fans?

Good piece Clapham. Why can the creditors request Admin but not the Dirs? Is it just cause there is a WUO?

As far as I can tell this partially works. The problem is similar to the one I have for phone bookings. I have a ST + 3 STs linked to my a/c, it will only offer me mine plus one other which was purchased as STs together. The other 2 although linked were purchased as STs separately. It shows them as friends but does not show an access code for these extra 2. This is similar when I phone up as I did for Ipswich. The box office auto link for 1 but I have to talk them thru the other 2, no problem but a bit long winded and means to get all 4 I have to go thru this process. Any thoughts, comments? Cheers Alan

It's a hard one, staying in the Championship with the old regime or where we are with a new regime.

10 downloads available at http://rapidshare.com/files/283168917/Saints_Fans_Forum.mp3.html should be available on BBC iPlayer soon

I have this in MP3 if anyone has a site I can upload to.

Have to agree with the sentiment on here.

Thanks FF, heard his BBC Solent bit and liked his style and cooments. I am sure he didn't relinquish his bank job to be a failure so I am quietly confident. I like the fact that we seem to have a plan that is being put in to place, not sure we have had one of those for many a year! cheers Alan

Sorry who is moving to So'ton? Cortese or Pardew?

I agree here. I think it's easy to assume that getting to the Championship/Premiership is the PLAN. It is not they are TARGETS. I would imagine that ML/AO/AP are working on the plan and to get it right we may Kick Off a few weeks late, so to speak. Doesn't mean we can't catch up.

Shouldn't (ex) SLH share holders get a letter saying something/anything?
-
You hear the word 'mathematically' a lot at the end of the season BUT... after winning our first 5 games and all other games ending in draws we could be mathematically top on goal difference... top two finish, no problem!

Isn't that a bit like saying old fans out, new fans in ?
-
Would think, more likely, he asked someone to give him a one page synopsis on fans views.

Me too, it's very quick with updates inc OS, but I always have the OS and this site open also. http://newsnow.co.uk/h/Sport/Football/League+One/Southampton

Pretty sure that people weren't leaving because of the score. It was a friendly dwindling away with so many subs made late on for the sake of it. It was a day out to see new owner/manager/future etc and some folk wanted a quick getaway. Whilst there will always be some who leave important matches early I dont think today typical, in my expereience, of a league match.

He was, now he is Swiss!

I see your frustration but what would you do? He may have identified who we wants but is still negotiating, a good manager is going to get what he wants (not just salary wise). So the alternative is to take the best manager currently not working? We've waited this long, whatever the baptism of L1, I personally would wait a little longer, set myself a realistic time target and if that fails...well I'm no expert either! Cheers Alan

...and could we have someone coming in on the far post, as we always overcross!
