Spot on NC, I remember hearing you are involved in a variety of consultations with the FL and PL due to your high caliber expertise and high profile experience. Revolutionise the system , sort out what David Conn has been writing (screaming from the rooftops) all these years. COYNC

Spot on Stu. Very important within my policy (everyone should have a policy). I simply cannot commit to a relationship knowing full well that you are getting stitched up with some fatter in the making... tough but tough im afraid, its the policy... A good looking mum gives you confidence that, if you invest here, your onto a winner. Many relationships have lived and died on this policy requirement... I have also been reminded before, that girls will check out the dad, in the same light!

Great work SFC COYSF

FC Thun play in red (home) and white (away), so hopefully we should see the away kit by the 13th!

Abso-bloody-lutely, the contradictions that go on in our justice system are disgraceful, and we have arguably the best legal system about. What is worth pointing out is, despite our overcrowded prisons, it costs more to enforce community service on a petty criminal/thug than it does to imprison them, through the cost of management/supervision, transport, insurance, damage costs etc. Tell a crack addicted shoplifter to re-soil a roundabout and see how motivated they are! Tell a well'ard football hooligan to do.. well... anything.... sod it, lock em up! The aggressor normally gets harsh treatment, in consideration of the chair throwing mug. It does seem like this lot have been stitched up a bit by the law, making powerful political statements. It was an exceptional day, saints and saints fans dominating the game for 60 mins, then it just turned on our heads. the skates awoke from their silence and started abusing the northam/itchen. I felt my blood boil that day, I wanted to blow my top, ive never been so angry/hurt/frustrated at a game before in my life... However... as an adult... I was able to control my emotions, had a pint after the game, and went on my way. I feel for this lot of saints fans, it was an exceptional day and a lot to stomach after the last 5 years at SFC. Unfortunately if you start indulging in swinging chairs above your head, on police camera, you really are just bending over and applying lube for MR OB All a bit of a shame really, but hey, if as SRS and the Turk keep pointing out, if they are respectable gentlemen Monday to Friday, they should only have to serve 50% of the sentence on good behavior, they'll be out for Xmas!

probably the nicest kit ive ever owned. If I didnt head down yesterday i would have simply stayed in bed, I am so pleased I got up! Great idea of SFC to open the Chapel. Instead of having heroic fans queuing round the stadium all day, you were given a ticket and called up in batches to enter the shop, meaning you could chill out with a beer, and watch the end of season dvd... superb! I went to the pub for an hour instead as i was paying with my card, arrived back and my number was called up immediately. The quality of the kit if superb, far better than usual. Its like the England shirt but a much nicer material. The collar is nice and not overpowering on the neck, and the sash looks really smart across our sponsor less shirt. One thing I was most skeptical about was the badge, but I have to concede it looks brilliant. The 125 blob looks much better as an embroiled fabric over a jpeg, and the gold looks class. All in all, a really smart shirt, which you would get away with wearing out in public or the pub being so clean and subtle. Shame the one off 125th scarfs are a bit lame. Goalie kit if nice too, cant wait for the away kit now! hats off to SFC COYSasH

This thread has had 43.5k views, pretty decent. Im certainly eager in anticipation of the launch, i reckon tomorrow (OS posting twice a day?!) I cant wait to see us playing with no sponsor on our kit, superb, and for a whole season. Millwall is playing with no sponsor for only one game in there 125th kit. I wonder what the training kit is like, and if it is sponsor-less? Id happily see the odd Mali or Liebherr brands about a bit, but some sponsor free training gear would be a nice addition.

In the end, yes. We also had high earners we were unable to shift as the skates do now. It would be harsh if the skates built a squad on AA's 25 1st team players @ 10k pw = £13m HMRC and Griffins creditors suggest a wage cap of £2.5m Before worrying about the football leagues top scorer's wage, the more pressing issue of the £100k you owe hayden mullins, or Sol's image rights suit. I remember hearing once when Scunny came to St.Marys, that there entire squad was valued at £200k, when we had the likes of BWP strolling offside. Pompey should benchmark the S****horpe FC 2006/7 model for the coming season

One part I am struggling to get my head around, is the involvement of Suliman Bin Trump? I believe the al-mirage consortium was simply Chainrais smokescreen to clear off the stadium mortgage to secure his money laundering/screw the gadymacks position. Sasha Gadymack has a history for bankrupting businesses, I wonder how confident he will feel in light of the Griffin + HMRC deal, and the gamble of taking on Her Majesty in a £32m punt, which could worst case scenario for hime cost him £55m (-23m all in) But at what point did Dr Al-Fahim the great get tied into this bizarre far eastern mafia power struggle? What a finely put explanation of the circus going on down the road. I suspect the post was composed by one of our own on this thread, being so well informed. Reading the Griffins document, HMRC are holding firm and refusing to be mugged off by the skates, regardless of the outcome of challenging the footy creditors rule in court. If Griffins and HMRC get there way, the club will go on, it wont be toast, it will be bread slowly turning moldy. Regardless of points deductions, liquidation investigations, arry and storrie due in court... consider this with me... The final page of the document outlines playing staff expenditure at £2.5m p.a. or around £200k a month, for a proposed 25 man squad (2.5m / 25 players = £100 p.a or £2k a week) This may suggest the club may not be able to afford the likes of John Utaka on £80k a week any more! How much did Jermaine Wright earn at Saints? Having studied football league finance in the past, I can confirm (circa 2006/7/8) the mean wage expenditure in the championship league falls between £9-10m p.a. which would give you a realistic chance of maintaining a mid-table side. This mean figure includes managing and coaching staff, so you could discount the mean to around £7.5m in player wages, or three times more competitive than the moldy toast. It is also worth noting nPc clubs have a couple more £m from broadcasting royalties to play with from this year on. Remember when we were going broke, and were relegated, admin'ed etc... Our wage bill at the time was £500k a month, £6m p.a. in which we were unable remain competitive, how the skates are gonna manage on £2.5m p.a is delightfully beyond me. In summary COY Griffins Insolvency Practitioners and HMRC as for the skates... they are molding bread.....

lovely! Reject skate cva on the 17th, and sling the cheats back into court. Challenge footy creditor rule against the prem , as they have done so to no avail against the FL, but this time win... Hmrc and other unsecureds take majority of skate parachute payment, the gun runners etc get foiled. By the time all this is done and dusted the new season is underway and as the cva is still open, skates get -15 start. Beautiful!

Great minds think alike... It was the Brazil home and away kit which I had in mind from the bornprosper site Theres around 12 of us though, and as we often play each other in 'pick a number' teams we would like to have a home and away/light and dark kit for each player. £25 x2 is probably too much to ask for a bunch of half committed fatties! The fakes would provide us with style and veneer at a sham price which is an attractive option, however buying from a sportsoccer type shop allows us choice on sizes, a receipt. legitimacy etc... close call!
-
Would like to hear how you all get on (those that have ordered) as me and my 5-a-side lot would be interested in buying some playing kit. Ive bought a few 'replicas' in europe over the years when visiting famous footballing cities and have found them to be fairly decent, although rarely as good as the real mccoy, for example, the underarm ventilation in my fake Spain 'climalite...' dosent actually exist! I am willing to sacrifice a little quality/detail for a sports top, £40 odd for 'the real deal' feels like the real scam to me, although i will buy my saints shirts without question...mug!

Thanks, and hilarious! I can imagine most of the players took the opportunity to head straight to Heathrow from Wembley and forget the last ten months ever happened, whilst eternally grateful to the local cancer charities, schools, hospitals and the 85 who sacrificed their livelihoods just so the team could keep petrol in there V12's. Grunty could have made a quick change at Baker street to speed up his journey, although im sure the fat knacker just stayed on the jubilee line all the way to his new spiritual home... Upton Park

I would also like to know. I am mostly interested in piracy.

Very good idea, never really worked out for Tony here, Xavi would be an adequate replacement imo.
