  1. Funny. I just don't need a tablet. I do have a Blackberry Playbook (Which cost a mere £160 pounds) but I only use it to stream television onto the bedroom tele when watching something in bed. For everything else, e-mail, facebook, internet, photographs, videos, apps etc I use my Galaxy S3. I then have a PC at home by my arm chair which I use to play Football Manager, manage my music and f**k about on this website. Spending £300+ on an iPad or equivalent would be a waste of time for me.
  2. Well, I wouldn't have suspected that.
  3. No, I would spend less then 200 pounds on a basic desktop and use the existing screen/mouse/keyboard infrastructure I already have.... and my mobile phone for on the go browsing.
  4. Quite how anyone can justify £300 for a tablet of any type is beyond me. Even £200 is a push. A mobile telephone can do all of the main things they offer, are far more portable and prevent the need to spend yet more cash.
  5. You prat! Wish I had a grand to toy with like that.
  6. Yes. I would not be happy until he was gone. I couldn't have supported an England side managed by him, god knows how I could support a Saints team managed by him.
  7. Fingers crossed this is just an early leak to see how the fanbase would react. Nicola: His reappointment in place of an honourable man like Nigel would make me sick to my very core. I would rather be relegated with our dignity preserved then have that vile scumbag back involved with us.
  8. Selling our soul if true.
  9. They don't seriously expect their 10 point deduction to be deffered for that much longer do they? Top of the table clash for a team who are in effect 22 points off the pace. Bravo.
  10. It can be such a temptation to rush players back, hope we havn't tried to do so and paid for it...
  11. Using your requirement of realistic, that is who we will look for.
  12. He has resigned from jobs before due to people trying to take his freedom and responsibility away. (The first time he left the Skates, West Ham) He will not work as a first team coach under Cortese and Reed.
  13. Only in the last line. My point prior is perfectly valid.
  14. He is not realistic. He hated working within the constraints set out by Rupert Lowe, imagine how he would cope under Cortese. Yes he would have more money but he would be asked to keep the tactical organisation of the first team matching the other levels of the club and work under a DOF. He wouldn't have it. And thank heavens for that. I would rather support a Saints team in the Championship that a Premiership club managed by that reprehensible individual.
  15. Not quite.....
  16. Well, I am already paying them by direct debit every month. So if they are wanting another payment I wouldn't be too happy.
  17. I've been doing a bit of life laundry and have stumbled on a couple of 'Bank Giro Credit's' from my energy provider. Am I right in thinking these are cheques that have been made out to me? I have moved to using only electronic means to pay bills so i'm not to familiar with them.... Thank you to anyone who can help me out here.
  18. Perfect!
  19. Clyne looked comfortable at left back and Richardson is far better defensively then Fox. As going forward is not an issue I would sacrifice Fox's dead ball delivery and overlapping runs for Clyne and Richardson providing more solid options at full back. Fox's awareness/positioning and marking is not good enough. Richardson is the better defender and Clyne is still capable of reaching his best form at the other full back position. Either way, how's his fitness? Anyone?
  20. Either way, I would rather have him at full back then Fox or Yoshida.
  21. Did extremely well for us until his injury in the Fulham game, any idea how his recovery from injury is going?
  22. Yes, and there will be bumps in the long and winding road. Relegation may be one of them, I in no way see it as being the end of the world though.
  23. It was cruel to drop Gazza and Boruc looked far from match fit last weekend. There is the potential for both to improve, it's a dilemma... but I would revert to Gazza for the time being. Hopefully Richardson will be back fit, the best we have looked defensively this season was with him on the right. So, being optimistic with injuries, my team: --------------- Lambert --------------- Lallana ---------------------- Puncheon --------- Davis ---- Ward Prowse ------ ------------- Schneiderlin ------------- Clyne --- Yoshida --- Fonte - Richardson ----------------- Gazza ------------------- Substitutes: Boruc, Hooiveld, Fox, Ramirez, Chaplow, Mayuka, Rodriguez
  24. Be careful what you wish for.
  25. Ok, with you now. Just reacting to my own expectations of a negative reaction because the guy can come over as a bit of a **** at times. I do believe he would be an excellent appointment.
