  1. Matt, please. Show some dignity.
  2. There was someone on our street who alternated their WiFi between 'Flowers by Irene' and 'Unmarked Van.'
  3. That white away shirt really is pointless.
  4. Hopefully Hastings will underestimate them. Best of luck to the underdogs.
  5. I'm sure Winston Bogarde would have something to say about that.
  6. Such a perverse favour by Spurs. Here's some money we don't need to give to you yet in exchange for settling a few appearance clauses and a 'promising' keeper...... All from the goodness of our hearts.
  7. Thankyou Steve. I stand corrected, but still by my original judgement. The length of contract and wages compared to the talent acquired was insane nontheless.
  8. I believe he was given to us in exchange for certain rights on Gareth Bale (Writing off sell on fees, future payment's etc in exhange for a lump sum and him.) Along with his insane wages and absolute lack of ability he is the most stupid and ill judged transfer in our history.
  9. Very generous of those putting in large sums to have the same voting and constitutional rights as those who chipped in the minimum £1k.
  10. Not hard. Trev: "Have you got the money to match Portpin's compromise agreement?" PST: "Yes, of course." #Lies
  11. Out and out Germany. "Tightly Teutonic and triple - A rated. The euro-zone salutes you!"
  12. At the risk of sounding like the irrational, pompous, scummer nut-job I have been called. - Magnificent work #Pompey Trust!!! Let the fun times roll!
  13. Pap to the lounge please, Pap to the lounge......
  14. Quite. Therefore I doubt these news stories do anything to undermine Cortese, in a perverse way it probably strengthens his position.
  15. Does being 'not a nice human being' disqualify someone from being a strong and successful CEO/Chairman? I've known people to say that Rupert Lowe was a very nice person. We know how that worked out.
  16. Sadly, the continuing importance of how nice someone is to Le God just demonstrates that he would have been a terrible chairman. He is too sensitive to have suceeded.
  17. It makes him better then we had suffered for a very long time. A man who is comfortably capable of managing at Championship level, sacking him was a terrible error. In context, he was a bloody good manager for us.
  18. I have to bite. Which of these is better then Nigel Pearson? Burley Dodd/Gorman Poortvliet Wotte ?
  19. Agreed. His reputation is innexorably linked to that of the club. He won't do anything to shoot himself in the foot.
  20. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-19979380 Soon to follow should therefore also be breaking system... thus severing all mechanical links between driver and road. I would in no way want to drive a car with a system like this, despite the miniscule chance of anything catastrophic happening... (hopefully.... thank god it isn't Toyota pioneering this.) Thoughts?
  21. I don't think there's any need to shoot messengers here, the need for the greatest player in our recent history to keep spouting this should be of more concern.
  22. Not this again. Stop whining and tell us outright why he's so bad! Otherwise please put a sock in it.
  23. Polish cursing..... Odd.
  24. I said 'baby...'
  25. I vote baby hippo.
