    Cortese V Lowe

Lowe had total control via the elect of the shareholders, and thus full control of the money himself, he spoke for the majority of them and they allowed him total say. Cortese is here at the discretion of Markus. Without Cortese, Markus simply wouldn't be here anyway, maybe that solidifies his position, who knows, but he answers to a boss for his actions, he is working for the company on the request of his employer. He is also under pressure to deliver, and he does not control the money. As far as I am concerned the comparison is not valid. Even taking the worst case scenario in mind the is no competition. Eccentric without money vs Tyrant with his employers money. Tyrant please! The points you raise Dune are minutae. Utterly irrelevant to how we perform on the pitch.

    Cortese V Lowe

It's not as simple as Lowe v Cortese. It's Lowe v Cortese/Leibherr. As a result there is simply no comparison.
  4. Coupling Just Shoot Me! Eurovision The Inbetweeners Bottom Gordon Brown (Now his idiocy is history)
  5. #1 - No #2 - YESSS!!!!!!
  6. It's almost a shame this comment has been dignified as the poor thing just doesn't get it. Bless it. Bless it dearly, needs all the help it can get.
  7. Yeah, if this is a serious mistake they'll learn from it. If not, it's a mountain from a molehill, and the antagonists will learn to save before they spend next time.
  8. This is not a class war. Remember that. One error in judgement by the guys in charge and things go stupid. Get a ****ing grip. Compared to 12 months ago we are in dreamland. Unless of course you desire a payment plan for conference football under a lowe based regime.
  9. Oh the irony.
  10. I wonder what the exact proportion is? And how much it will be offset by new purchasers.
  11. Indeed. Put up or shut up.
  12. Hmmm, they offer personal loans!
  13. They could before though on the previous 'pay on tick' terms. I totally disagree with that form of financing, but I can understand the frustration in it no longer being available.
  14. It's the idea of spending money you don't have that's actually got this country into so much crap. This culture of buy now pay later rather then save up and only buy when you can really is bloody damaging.
  15. If you can't afford a season ticket then maybe you shouldn't have one. Pay on the day or avoid the need to pay on tick by saving up through the year (360 quid.... tenner per week) to ensure you can buy in one go. Runs and hides.
  16. It's always had one. Now that there is no real issues to campaign about they will have a go at anything. Well, if it keeps them happy, let the lunatic fringe carry on.
  17. This is almost getting funny.
  18. Which I though was the problem!!!
  19. Or to heighten the anticipation. Lets face it, we are all DESPERATE to see what it looks like, rather then simply waiting patiently until the unveil date. I bet these things sell like hot cakes when out, and at a quicker rate then they otherwise would. In summary, the clubs commercial strategy here is bang on, cruel, but bang on.
  20. I resigned from my last job for basically the same sentiments. Just be polite, sparing of detail behind the decision (e.g. don't do battering their corporate structure/strategy or whatever) and straight with your intent to leave. Thank your manager/colleagues as well for any support help they have given you in the letter to ensure they know your decision has nothing to with them. Good luck chap.
  21. In other words, not quite a midfield dynamo, but more then useful.
  22. As a point then, it may be best to never assume. And as for the business model, perhaps you are right, it does actually make perfect sense.
  23. How is a payment plan a 'right?' Not trying to be funny by the wording struck me as being a bit odd.
  24. I do hope you arn't a salesman.
