The high lighted bit (plus a lot of of his other posts, especially on the Takeover fred) show why GM is a valued member of this forum .... but the last paragraph (presumably something to do with the locked fred earlier slagging off ex pats/ an expat?) and the antagonistic fred title shows a lack of class. I don't understand why you feel anybody from outside an SO postcode should have the audacity to support OUR team (maybe somebody can post a link to previous diatrabes against us!). Congratulations on being involved in sponsoring a new player and hopefully as an outsider making him feel very welcome to the club His attitude seems top class .. hope it rubs off on you!! I blame Phil ... I don't ever recall in the whole history of SFC that we have won an opening day of the season game when he's started the match day fred!! Off the team's back folks ... !! I think this is right up there with Tommy Docherty's bus driver excuse!!

You can see why though .... at least one of those free kicks from 25 yards would have had the net rippling, and as for those crosses in the first half .... he could have stuck away a few of those on crutches!! I was a bit disappointed with Puncheon and Spidermans 2nd half performances ... obvioulsy not really match fit. What a shame Lallana wasn't match fit ... .... the only thing is, as per Saints long standing tradition .... 1st game of the season On Sky TV Opposition new manager (never worked for us though!!) Loads of people a bit rusty and not into the pre match routines and forgot their lucky underwear etc .... todays result has not come as a total shock to us. The season starts next game ... at least it bloody well better!!
