1. Is that the one near the Ford factory?
2. And I read that just as solar panels are taking off in the residential sector, the government is cutting the feed-in tarifs next march so that it will become a lot less attractive.
3. Its a shame they gave you any vaccines too, yet another mouth to feed.
4. Thanks for the car Michelle, we love it!
5. So that eats into the good atmos normally created by the northam?
6. I was in Block 2 and I thought the atmosphere was good. The northam seemed pretty quiet to me, has it been all season that the away fans have 43 and 44?
7. Who are those fixed rates with? Are they fee free?
8. Really great atmosphere and chuffed with the win. Mate drove me home in his Porche Boxster to celebrate (wow!), just got over the Itchen bridge before police closed it because of a jumper (threatening to do it), did the rest of you get delayed long? Kelvin and Jos - joint MOM
9. Davis FFS!
10. Was gonna vote Hooiveld but went for Kelvin as he made 3 or 4 awesome saves - without which we wouldnt have got the 3 points
11.

Big Dog is a bully who doesn't hesitate to use his superior strength to intimidate other combatants. Big Dog may be smart, articulate or just plain mean, but in any case he is a remorseless fighter, brutally ripping into even the weakest of combatants. Once Big Dog securely fastens his powerful jaws on a hapless victim, Me-Too will join the attack. Me-Too is far too weak and insecure to engage in single combat, and must ally himself with Big Dog or a pack of other Warriors to bring down his quarry. Haha!

12. Seems like a strange idea, youd have a bit more cash to play with each month but youd still have a large mortgage hanging round your neck, and be paying just to rent so that debt wouldnt be decreasing.

14. see a mortgage advisor and then compare against what you can get from others that always have to be booked through the bank, eg HSBC (not sure of others but I think includes Natwest)

16. appreciate the tips, thanks guys.
17. Hmm, I wonder if our mortgage advisor gets better commission if he sells us a fixed deal?
18. Was looking at a 3 year fixed at 3.19% versus an hSBC lifetime tracker at 2.89% (currently - which only saves about 30 quid a month)
19. Interest rates - will they rise in 2012??? Got to sort it out this week.
20. Spelling far to good to be properly drunk, hmmmm....
21. Well Dog was distraught but he couldnt quite afford to treat himself. Cars still available if you want to come view.
