  1. Sterling - £45 Milllion + Harry Kane - £40 Million + Jack Wilshire - £40 Million + Fabian Delph - £20 Million + Luke Shaw - £32 Million Lallana - £26 Million This is why we are replacing with Foreign players
  2. "Note that the direct lateral, also the international class of machines, ended the contract in 2016" Clear as mud
  3. I suppose it's how you define "impact" If it's by media attention then yes, Grealish has had more of an impact. If however it's by contributions to team and performances on the pitch then it's JWP.
  4. I wonder if Hull fans (who were probably rubbing their hands together when they received £12m) still think it was an over the top fee... Long would have kept Hull up with his Goals, he would be worth allot more than £12m to them now...
  5. Can't believe some are arguing that Liverpool isn't a step up from us! They may have only finished 2 points above us and be in the same European competition as us, that unfortunately is where the similarities ends!! They are a massive club with global appeal and are in a different league to us financially! I'd like to see the same people argue that Stoke/Swansea as just as big as Liverpool
  6. "Jordy Clasie state next summer for a farewell from Feyenoord. Although the captain has a contract until 2018, but has put his sights on a new employer. The fact that the club next season is not active in Europe rose for the midfielder last road bumps. He can not develop itself at Feyenoord. For Clasie has long been interested. FC Porto last season offered eight million Euros, where Feyenoord ten wanted. Now include the Southampton manager Ronald Koeman - as morgan schneiderlin leaves - Zenit St. Petersburg and AS Roma in the market for international and Feyenoord playmaker of Orange"
  7. Charlie Austin linked in the Express for £10 Million http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/576776/Southampton-10m-bid-Liverpool-Chelsea-Man-United-Charlie-Austin
  8. Think allot of this is pretty harsh on the squad TBH. Not allot of people had us finishing anywhere near 7th at the beginning of the season regardless of how we finish. It's been a huge achievement this year. The performance levels seem to have dropped inline with the probability of getting 4th, I think when you look at Tottenham they seem to have suffered the same fate. We look mentally and physically exhausted & injuries to key players hasn’t helped
  9. Defending for the second was utter sunday league, worst I have seen us play this season!!!

  11. Agree with that, although I think you have to share the blame between Yoshida and Bertrand for their second. As a centre half pairing, you don't want too much space between Yoshida and Fonte. If Yoshida was all the way over marking Chadli then there would have been a bigger gap In the middle, which is potentially much more dangerous. I think when you're getting hit on the break the full backs have to come In narrow to close that space up and force players out wide. Bertrand was too wide for me which opened up the space for Chadli to run into. Although I don't think Yoshida tracked his run early enough. Yoshida was excellent yesterday, as was Bertrand.
  12. One of those things. If the club want to be ambitious then they need to sign ambitious players. Some of those players’ reputations will rise quicker than the clubs, I see no harm in them wanting to be the best they can be as a professional with a short career & looking for a move. As long as we replace them with other ambitious players and the clubs trajectory continues on an upward trend then eventually we will be able to match the ambition of those players. Until then, we just need to accept that it’s part of the journey.
  13. Absolutely this. When Shaw left we had people climbing over themselves to say he was irreplaceable, yet in my eyes we got a better player for cheaper & invested the other money to progress the strength of the squad overall. If we get offered £20 million + for Clyne, as sorry as I will be to see him go, I don’t think he’s irreplaceable.
  14. Davis Clyne Toby Fonte Bert Morgan JWP Tadic Mane Pelle Long
  15. "He played out of a good organisation" He was quailty, one of my favourites! why I was so thrilled to have him here. He is a Barcelona legend, it's kind of like having Xavi or Iniesta manage us in 20 years...
  16. These are Utds fixtures Man United vs Man City Chelsea vs Man United Everton Vs Man United Man United vs West Brom Crystal Palace vs Man United Man United vs Arsenal Hull City vs Man United Those are Utds fixtures, I can see at least 4 games where a loss wouldnt be inconceivable. I think City have to win in the Derby for Pellegrinis job, tought trip to Everton not to mention an inform Palace & a Hull team that may have to win the last game of the season to stay in the division.
  17. Using the following https://www.thesportspredictor.com/#/predictor I had the league looking like this 1 Chelsea 38 47 92 2 Arsenal 38 36 80 3 Man City 38 38 78 4 Southampton 38 25 68 5 Man Utd 38 24 68 6 Liverpool 37 12 67 7 Tottenham 38 5 64 8 Swansea 38 -2 56 9 Everton 38 0 51 10 C Palace 38 -3 50 11 West Ham 38 -1 49 12 Stoke 38 -6 48 13 West Brom 38 -19 37 14 Aston Villa 38 -22 37 15 Newcastle 38 -23 35 16 Hull 37 -16 34 17 QPR 38 -23 33 18 Burnley 38 -25 33 19 Sunderland 38 -26 31 20 Leicester 38 -21 30 Those predictions including Utd losing away to Hull on the final day of the season (Hull having to win to stay up in my predictions) saints results as follows Hull W Stoke D Tottenham W Sunderland D Leicester W Aston Villa W City D
  18. There's some balance from Eurosport on the article here https://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/news/football-real-madrid-martin-%C3%B8degaard-frozen-zinedine-zidane-112655275--sow.html HOW RELIABLE IS THE AS STORY? Stories in Madrid papers AS and Marca are generally well-sourced - but they often carry more than a whiff of agenda. So this one is worth approaching with caution. AS: "Martin Ødegaard hasn’t played a single minute of Real Madrid Castilla’s last two game games" True, but he was away on international duty with Norway for the first match, not dropped.
  19. shocking isn't it, how does he get by on that?!
  20. Thought we were pretty good today, looked dangerous at times, Tim Howard pulls off an absoute worldy from Pelle, that's the difference between a loss and a point. We lost today because the defending was poor for their goal, got caught ball watching. They didn't trouble us otherwise, shouldn't forget that this is Everton away we are talking about too! Think we will finish 5th and that is ****ing unbelievable!! Seriously!!!
  21. I know we have Everton away, City Away & Tottenham at home yet, but utd also have Chelsea, Arsenal & City to play too as well as a tough trip to Everton. So I can see at least 12 points for United that aren't nailed on
  22. That's ****ing shocking from Hodgson! Shocking
  23. Dan Johnson

    Toby

He's hardly going to go further South in the Premier League. Even Tottenham are up north from here
  24. Bertrand posted a video of Shane Long singing no women no cry... https://instagram.com/p/z3LmjRBxVa/?modal=true
  25. Quiet frankly, if any team in the top 7 ISNT looking at signing Toby then their scouts are not doing their job properly.
