  1. Mahrez submitted a transfer request amid rumours of a Man City bid...with them also signing a CB looks like even they are getting only their second choices?
  2. Wow against League 1 opposition too..the bloke must be a ****ing genius.
  3. Genuine question Where does this come from? I know we haven't won in 11 but most form tables aren't created that way..I couldn't tell you how many points Watford got in the same 11 games, as they have only won once in that time I think? In most form tables (most are over 6 games) we aren't the worst? Brighton, Huddersfield and Everton to name 3 have worse form over e last 6 games...I think even Burnley have worse form over the last 6..despite us not winning. http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/premier-league/formtabelle/wettbewerb/GB1?saison_id=2017&min=15&max=25 Update this site does what ever period you want..last ten games, Brighton and Watford have worse form!
  4. They have won more games than us.
  5. Last home games? .we scored 17 goals at home all season! Without wanting to detract from the cup run...it was two games against Liverpool all the others including Arsenal were against reserve sides. He also just threw away a chance of a repeat apparence in the same competition by playing a weakened side against a Man City Youth team.
  6. TBF there are quite a few managers making a decent living swapping between the struggling clubs, BFS, Pardew, Woy, Lambert ex etc
  7. You and Duckhunter use the "we finished eighth last season" repeatedly as an argument of how good Puel is.
  8. We scored our lowest EVER premier league home goals tally last season (17) previous worst was 21. We scored 3, 3 times. So in the remaining 16 games we scored 8 goals...if that isn't boring, I don't know what is?
  9. Blame 31 league goals in 31 league games for that...we scored 17 goals in 19 home games last season...thats our record low you know? Previous to that the lowest was 21 goals at home in a season. This year we have 14 already despite being really rubbish...
  10. You are right After all, Pamplemousse keeps telling us league position is a measure of how good you are..nothing else matters.
  11. It's interesting..he has flattered to deceive a bit. At Hull he certainly got them to be better than they were but still went down. At Watford, they were flying at the start of the season (hence the league position now) but their form, has almost been as bad as ours in the last 10 games. The injury to Chalabah has hurt them a lot but obviously their board aren't happy... For me the jury is still out on him.
  12. Lol is that how it works in your world if a manager wins against another he is clearly better than the other one? Well cast your mind back just under a month to December the 26th when Watford beat your love of your life Puels Leicester? OMG.. Does not compute....does not compute...does not compute..... Idiot
  13. Wow warlord don't mess around do they? How many managers is that now?
  14. Well the stylist football hasn't happened for a while now!
  15. This 76 minute turn your back thing? Are you really expecting the chapel, the kingsland and the itchen to all get to their feet and turn around? Good luck with that! Even if some do the vast majority won't have a clue what's going on. Bet you can't the majority to even stand up!
  16. In the interview I couldn't see anything about the first team.. He spoke about improving the academy, developing he area around the stadium and taking three years to paint the concourse (maybe MP is doing it cheap in the summer which is why they have to keep him on?) I get the feeling football is no longer our core business so we may well go in this direction!
  17. It took West Brom a while to get a result when they changed manager. I fear it may be too little too late.
  18. People saying we will win away at West Brom when we only beat them at home with a wonder goal. I struggle to see where enough points to get us out will come from and who we will catch.
  19. Hmm bottom two...luckily Swansea will lose or we could have been a point off bottom at the end of the weekend
  20. Oh yeah, fair enough..go Gao!
  21. It's been pointed out to me many times the debt is not against the club. However the owner borrowed £200m to buy us. He therefore has £200m debt that the club owes him, to both service the debt and to pay it back ultimately. Whichever way you look at it..he will want that money from us in some way..we aren't his billionaire plaything like Chelsea and it looks like he isn't a Moshri (sp) at Everton who is prepared to pump money in to try and join the elite clubs, netting his money back by inflated revenue. I am worried about this guy.
  22. Personally I can't believe so many are calling for the managers head, Les Reeds head, Freddie's Krugers head but there is apathy towards the owner. Allegedly he struggled to pass the fit and proper test. We have heard nothing from him. We know nothing of his motives other than he had to borrow to buy the club. IMO I am not scared of relegation..I am scared that this guy is going to destroy us totally.
  23. And when was the last time we kept a clean sheet?
  24. But we didn't offer the same did we? If we did he would have probably chosen Everton for the reasons highlighted but that was never needed to be considered as they offered more money.
  25. Absolute rubbish..Of course Walcott was not going to say it's about wages..however when we wouldn't or couldn't match theirs it was all over. Otherwise he would have never even entertained us would he? He knew our position before his agent started talking to us, or are the ITK's suggesting he has only just looked at the league table? It's not like we have just got in this position.
