No why does it ?Its his opinion as a fan like the rest of us that have things to type on about,just because hes in the management part of the game dosent make him any less of a fan. Weve all said things on this platform he just had a voice to not type. Maybe we dont all agree with whats said but hey none has given NJ the benefit of bedding in what has to be said on our game day we can match a lot but unfortunately the reason hes here is because we are fragile and (still are) in need of some moral boosting games.

They will have fewer blips than us for sure ,but lets enjoy the result ,restart and go again. We are still 2 games away from league saftey.I know theres still plenty of games left but hopefully we have somehow turned the corner a bit,and the team and manager learn from this. bloody hell someone typing sense.Romeu was a great servant for the team but ,when it was time to move on and we have a replacement in place move on.We dont just become worse when hes not in the team overnight, its been in decline for several seasons and somehow someone needs to get this sorted out. Not wanting this to drag on we need some luck along the way.

i think what people forget is that whoever comes in or not, its still going to be the same squad.Will DCC get a chance ahead of Lyanco?, will Stuart A get in ahead of Moi?................if not why not? are they somehow better? why didnt Lavia figure? came on for a cameo roll with 7 mins on the clock why? if the manager thought he could make a difference do it when we had the injury?

self manage, thats what the captains roll is on the pitch dont you think? and i also said the manager should train and teach . So yes if the players want to self manage then its upto the coaching staff and manager to teach them how to,christ its not rocket science this is what they are supposed to be able to do and to a higher standard than the average player.

Total bollocks ,how long have they been playing the game?,some since 8-9 at organised teams so that argument is pretty feeble to accept,no alot of this failure for some part has to be the scouting in the first place to see the way of future progress. Yes the manager places alot of faith in his own ability to coach and nurture,but ultimately when they take to the pitch hes like us a passenger. I know i bang on abit about Ely but seriously, look at him the next time the balls near him or in his area ,just pretends to try and be intrested and then arm waves in the direction of where the balls gone.Hes one of the very bang average players that are part of the problem and will not be much of the solution,we might get lucky a few times yes ,but in the main not we will keep struggling until better recruitment begins. Rant over, that said we need results in the next few crucial fixtures we have just to stay in the mix for when things get a bit sticky.
