I did put my own post about him very early on saying hes just a younger version of say Austin even after 10 mins or so in the F.A.Cup against Watford .Got slatted for my opinion and you know what ,its still remains the same . Over paid for our club history record signing ,hope im wrong but our next record signing if were in this league next season had better be better,otherwise were just buying over the odds bang average players for the sake of spending too much money.

Remember the days of Dodd and Benali. We were way off the talent of this current squad but we had players who cared about the club and therefore invoked passion from the supporters. Not so from this deer caught in the headlights of a manager.

But we are just a money front to clean the money trail up (aledgedly)......dont think they have any intention of too much in the way of sacrificing too much of thier wealth.Chinese goverment looked very carefully into this move as the investor Gao is a much respected member of the party.

Agree both him and Hoedt are very dodgey at defending to be honest.They dont inspire fans alike with too much confidence but there is room much room for improvement given the right defensive coaching. There is a post earlier somewhere saying hed be quite good as a defensive midfielder just sitting in a holding pattern. Hes scored some vital goals just recently ,but gave WBA a gift when non marking from zonal areas need to be addressed.

I wasnt on the booze as some may suggest on here ,just mearly making my observation of the whole situation regarding our plight in the league. All our transfere fees are now going onto be new club record signings and you know what our league position is declining so why not give the fringe squad players a run out?,it was just a suggestion thats all my opinion as this is what this Saints forum is set up to allow....right? Like everyone on here i only wish it will work out well for us,but at this moment in time do you really see any signs of us improving significantly? enough to allow us to prosper under this manager or indeed the boards instructions?

Well put and your probably not too far from the truth.Why put himself in harms way any further when the world cup calling is over?,back to easy street for him and earn all the dosh from the comfort of the treatment room.
