    And Puncheon?

    Fish Mills

I've not been impressed with him in midfield this season but thought he was excellent today ... seemed up for it and got stuck in rather than fannying around worrying about his hair!

    Lee Barnard

Not on the Lee Barnard thread it isn't!
  4. I voted for Super Kelv ... but it'll be tough on Bart if he's dropped.
  5. No he wasn't (...unless it was at half-time when I was getting a pint).
  6. Perhaps the voices in your head told you?

    Complacency

No real facts there to confirm anything in my opinion ... thank chr1st you're not a judge!
  8. You're not wrong. However, I just think our problems are down to attitude rather than tiredness (mental or physical). We defend too deep in the later stages of the game and invite the other team onto us because we don't have enough confidence in our own ability. We are scared that the other team will score rather than believing that we are better than them and good enough to win. In short, we lack nous. In my opinion this is not down to physical fitness. I also disagree that Nick Harvey is to blame for any fitness problems at the club ... surely he would just be following orders. The amount of time that is spent on fitness would not be his decision. If players weren't putting in the effort when they are working on fitness then it would not be down to him to b0110ck them, he would pass this info on to Pards or Wilkins to sort out. Besides, I've played football with him and he's a top bloke.
  9. Sorry mate don't agree ... it's all psychological as far as I'm concerned. Our problems are down to mental fitness not physical fitness. We have improved the physical strength of the team but desperately need to improve the mental strength that is all important in developing a winning mentality.

    Right Back

I'd rather have Joey Mills playing on the wrong side ... at least he is a tried and tested full-back who has pace and would get up and down. How far away is he from being fit? Seem to remember something about him playing for the ressies? I don't think Lloyd is the disaster many are making him out to be but after the Brum game I'd rather see him in the centre of midfield.
  11. I'd wondered about this ... but didn't dare suggest it! Would be interesting to see whether people rate Ollie as so useless that they would rather see an awful 'out of position' midfielder take his place in the team (or on the bench) on Sat?
  12. Whilst there is probably some truth in what you say, I don't agree for the simple reason that I'm sure most clubs have players that don't want to be there. Also, I can't comment on his performances away from home (as I've only listened to them) but to me Rasiak's looked pretty motivated at home?
  13. I heard it was only £300K without him?

    Afternoon Folks

Too busy on the Butlins circuit for that mate.
  15. So your lads are actually using a size 5 this season then Al?

    Afternoon Folks

How this hasn't been locked yet I'll never know ... I can only think it's because the mods are pis sing themselves laughing at you lot and your petty squabbling and name-calling like the rest of us are? I don't give a flying fu ck who's wrong and who's right any more ... I just want one of you to be adult enough not to have to have the last effin word so that when I log on and check this thread I don't keep wasting my time reading your childish boll ocks. Christ, Ill be glad when the school holidays are over!
  17. Murty and another freebie I reckon.
  18. As of yesterday I was of the understanding that the bidder with the most money made the smallest of three bids leaving the two consortiums to fight it out. Does anyone know, and if this is the case, could the bid from this wealthy individual still be increased, or have they now blown it?
  19. Should be able to put in £500 to £1k so long as this was organised well!
  20. I second that ... if we had a RB I'd give him a decent run at RM.
  21. Wasn't me ... 1 down 6766 to go!

    Tactically inept?

  23. I think you've got away fairly lightly with this one for once GM; surely it was a prime opportunity for the usual suspects to see ... If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools And only a couple of them have bitten ...
  24. Another possibility that nobody seems to have considered yet ... perhaps Saga is responsible for this mess? Perhaps he's enjoyed playing in the Champions League, enjoyed Christmas with his family, doesn't fancy coming back (lets face it ... who could blame him at the moment ) and is currently awol in an effort to make sure we move him on? If this were the case, would it not be beyond the realms of possibility that the club might want to cover this up (with some international clearance style smoke-screen), in the short-term at least, just in case he had no takers and ended up back here? Sorry to disappoint all you 'doom and gloomers' with this effort ... I know that it is now mandatory that all conspiracy theories must directly implicate Rupes, JP or 'the club' but I thought I might just chance my arm anyway ...
