He’s just too old.

So would I. But people are getting very complacent, thinking we had to turn up to win, it’s never like that.
-
That’s the difference in a nutshell, we have lost a massive attacking threat. Ryan Fraser legs have gone, he can’t take people on any more.
-
We specialise in ending losing runs and goal droughts!

It’s a funny one, there are lots of dangerous teams on their day in this league. I’m not taking a win as a forgone conclusion. We tend to struggle with strong powerful teams.
-
He couldn’t say anything else really without potentially unsettling certain players. The key phrase is “for the moment”, that gives him a get out as this “moment” is not the January transfer window.

Damion Downs - Official: Loaned to Hamburg

I think Jander will end up at a champions league club in the not too distant future. If it’s England my guess it would be Arsenal, Odegaard vibes. -

Don’t let a tiny minority of dementors, lurking in the shadows, waiting for someone to make a misstep, (in their perverse judgment), put you off. Most of us love hearing these sort of snippets. -

Missed Downs yesterday. Great player -
Yesterday, at the match, I heard an ex player say (words to the effect), and then repeat it about an hour later,… he didn’t rate Baz, a keepers job is to stop shots and McCarthy is better at stopping shots, but neither are good enough. He went on to say the club are on the case. Some time later he repeated that, and they would be doing something in January, then he corrected himself to before January.

Cam ran his heart out today, it’s a shame one of his chances didn’t go in. I’ve always thought he has huge potential, let’s hope Tonda can get him firing.
-
Shockingly terrible again today. Looks like he’s finished, embarrassing.
-
Had a really good game today, like the Flynn of the last championship season
-
How do you know he isn’t completely destroyed as opposed to having a bad attitude?
-
He went to make an ambitious overhead kick but kicked himself in the arse then the follow through caught him in the head. Broken arse bone and concussion, probably will never be the same player again. I saw it all happen, total recall, Infallible.
-
It may turn out to be a massive mistake, but with our history that could apply to any appointee. If there is a mistake it’s in making it permanent at this stage.
-
He’s a likeable guy who inspires confidence, he has taken his opportunity very well, he could go on to be something special, he has that air.
-
He won’t be named until he’s finished his GCSEs.

Frank Spencer.

I was talking to @pornhub the other day, they didn’t seem to add a lot of information of any value on this particular subject, although we did find other common areas of interest, so it wasn’t a total waste of time.

Who can forget the January 24 transfer window
-
Not just his problem though, a big target man would have made a difference on Saturday. The new manager won’t have one of those at his disposal either. Tonda has had to adapt our playing style to suit our midgets, Millwall nullified this, as will many more competent championship teams. There are other, much discussed weaknesses in the squad. Tonda has done ok with what he has at his disposal, yes he showed his inexperience on Saturday, but a new manager won’t be able to miraculously paper over the cracks. It would need to be accompanied by a January splurge and hopefully a clear out.
-
That’s what was worrying me. Nobody has really moaned too much about the poncing around at the back under Tonda, because until yesterday we were getting results. However, I felt it was inevitable that when we played better teams who pressed us it would backfire. Millwall pretty much had us pinned in our defensive third and when we did get out, counter attacked really effectively. This is where not having a holding up centre forward really causes us problems.
-
I felt some of the issues today were that we appeared a bit arrogant and complacent after our recent good form.
-
He did, he knew exactly what we would try to do and for the most part nullified us and exploited our weaknesses.
