Could this guy be joining this transfer window (whenever that might be?!) Looks a real talent, and given his contract is up next summer, he's available at a knockdown price - ca £13m. We've been heavily linked with him, and Reims president has said he's coming to England. Only negative I can see is that he seems to spend a lot of the time sliding in, which may be more costly in the higher paced Premier League. Would more likely come in for a few years then move on to one of the bigger boys... Matter of opinion...I saw absolutely nothing in Stephens and think he's done ok, I'm not bought completely by him, but he had a great season this year really, he'll never be at the level of Fonte/Alderweireld though...let alone VVD.

I haven't seen any great qualities in him, but I don't run training. I saw very little good qualities of Stephen 2 years ago, but he's come a long way. I don't think there is a lot between Danso and Stephens when he first came into the prem side....I'm not saying he's shown anything of a "prem" standard so far, but who knows what point he'll be at in 2 years time. A few million for a potential prem player would seem a bargain no?

ITK? Who knows with Danso - this season suggests there is no chance, but if he was available for £3/4M, would you take a risk on him? I probably would? He's only young.

I was also at that Sheff Utd game, and he was absolutely appalling, looked completely lost in that game. He seemed to have 2/3 good games for us, go to the ACON, and then just got better and better. Immense player in that final season with us.

Supposedly Spurs "top target" this summer. one of those clickbait sites though.

Underated by many Saints fans, he was absolutely class for us. Understandably got frustrated in his final season with us, but he was superb in that season with Mane and Pelle up top.

Football not really important at the moment. If they can play the rest of this season they should if they can't then it should be void. It's not going to be fair on everyone whatever happens, but I don't think you can finish a season halfway through when no-one knows what might have happened in the last few weeks of the season...It can only be void. Will certainly be interesting to see what happens, but something will have to give next season...possibly the cups don't get played next year to incorporate the busier league schedule.

Teams seem to have learnt that if they bully us and play us on the counter, and be direct, we can't handle it. Players like Traore, Antonio, Saint-Maximin absolutely boss us. We can't defend against pace and power, and we aren't creating enough against the lesser sides.

Certainly missing him away form home, I've got to say, would be feeling much more confident about this weekend if he was available.
