  1. How ridiculous would that be.
  2. Sure we give the largest away allocation out of any club in the league. Thought it was 10% or 3000, whichever is lower. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  3. Hmm, probably not. We don’t bring in players on loan to not have to option / obligation to buy normally. Wouldn’t be surprised if this is the case if it is a loan
  4. Could be Martinelli, Nelson or Saka I guess, or Nketiah. Be interesting, we never normally buy from other Prem clubs. Possibly a loan I guess...
  5. Few updates on here: https://twitter.com/reluctantnicko?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor Basically sounds like they want an option to buy, whereas we're insisting on a obligation to buy, (£1m loan fee + £10m transfer fee in the summer). Think thats an absolute bargain for them if I'm honest...be interesting to see what happens, if they agree the obligation...
  6. Got a draw at their place, think they're there for the taking at the moment, they are looking a tired side. Same team really, I'd be tempted to start with Adams. Maybe keep Djenepo from the bench. McCarthy; Cedric Stephens Bednarek Bertrand; Hojbjerg JWP; Armstrong Redmond; Ings Adams
  7. Same thing for me, and I would have been able to buy them at the top of the sales too, but I didn' even realise they'd gone on sale until too late...! Luckily I've managed to find a Saints fan with a spare.
  8. Away allocations are a joke, the Palace one is crazy, when have we ever not sold out at Palace?!!? The demand is way larger than the allocation at the moment.
  9. Had high hopes for him at the start of the season, hasn’t turned out so far. He is however still a kid, and possibly if we do sign another RB, he can go out on loan for the second half of the season and get some games under his belt.
  10. Think this is a new relatively young guy, who has been promoted after Adam Leitch left the Daily Echo a few months ago. Will give him a chance
  11. Can Sims play now, I guess he can if fit?
  12. Even more odd that he's been nominated for Manager of the Month, and Ralph hasn't...
  13. Yup - and me...not sure why we took a really small allocation for this game? Ridiculous.
  14. I'd give basically the first XI a rest. Gunn Valery Vestergaard Yoshida Vokins? Romeu Slattery/Smallbone Djenepo Redmond Obafemi Adams
  15. Fair play to him, he's stepped it up massively and long may it continue. Absolutely has proved me wrong.
  16. He's never been good enough for the premier league and probably never will be. But would like to see him back playng again even if it's in League 1 or something
  17. Nope - the Maehle comment wasn't meant to be linked to the need for a LB, that was to replace Cedric.
  18. Probably depends on the clubs opinion on Vokins...assuming Bertrand stays a few more years, that gives enough time for the transition to happen. I wouldn't be against bringing in an experienced left back to compete with Bertrand now. Do we know if Maehle is likely to happen?
  19. The matchday pricing was clearly a gamble on us having a great season, the prices are completely out of wack with the quality on the pitch. Bought a ticket for my brother in law for the Palace game, and it was £41.
  20. Thats the spirit...
  21. Seem to have a similar problem to us, in that they struggle to play under the pressure of their own fans at home...who knows what might happen on Saturday, think we'll both score not sure either team will edge it. Will be some truly awful defending, but they leave huge gaps in behind Rice and Noble and one of them normally pushes up. If we can get on top early doors, I can see us going a couple ahead and their heads dropping. 3-1 Saints. (or 2-2- of 1-3)
  22. Certainly would take a draw, but a win would be a huge result and put us back in amongst the rest of the pack. Would keep the same team, apart from Valery for Cedric I think.
  23. This was the larger issue from what I heard about it, I didn't watch any of it personally. It's always the issue with streaming, whether legally or illegally.
  24. Bloke to my left (kingsland / northam corner) basically entered the stadium and booed all the way through the game and called the players c*nts everytime he opened his mouth... absolute moron. Why not just stay in the pub? it was almost like he wanted us to fail.
