At the end of the day, it's in our own hands to go above them. Beat Everton, Man Utd and Newcastle, and we should go above atleast one of them. However, on the flip side, fail to beat them, and we will finish way behind all of them.
Oh my god we're having such an awful season, the club need to sort it out or I'm off to support Pompey.
Lets be honest, comfortably top half all season is a pretty poor season, we should be top FFS.
Spurs (A) - L 2-1
Newcastle (H) - W 2-0
Man City (A) - D 1-1
Cardiff (H) - W 2-0
Villa (A) - L 2-1
Everton (H) - D 2-2
Swansea (A) - D 1-1
Man Utd (H) - W 2-1
12 points.
Rickie. I'd only take Rodriguez if Welbeck gets injured or we need another wide man. I guess it comes down to whether we want to play inside forwards or wingers like Lennon/Townsend.
Carroll is an awful footballer who causes problems. Depends what we're taking him for if it's either him it Lambert.
Chelsea and Liverpool were excellent. City were poor, spurs were a bit lucky. Arsenal we should have beaten. Rest still to play against. Fulham and Norwich by far the worst.
They still have good players and will do damage, but they have a poor manager and not doing particularly well at the moment. Great time to play them.
Hoping for a nice sunny day out in london, just a shame it's Sunday lunchtime !
Think I'd start with JWP,
Boruc; Clyne Fonte Lovren Shaw; JWP Morgan; Davis JRod Lallana; Lambert.
4-0.
Get in front and think we'll get a few today. COYS!!
Just been chatting to a Man City mate. He said that home tickets are somewhere between £37-£45 depending on where you sit.
Also said the home tickets were £47 for Barcelona at home.
Shows how ridiculous those prices are for a game vs Southampton at Saturday lunchtime on TV. This is the sort of game which the club should be using their "fund" to help the fans make it more affordable.
