Got the Friday bug today, buzzing for tomorrow now. Think we've got a great chance of nicking it, they'll be very nervous, but will also cause us problems. I have no doubt about that as they have quite a bit of pace about them, but think if we can go 1-0 up then their crowd will turn on Hughes. Before last weeks game I said we need 4 points from the next 2 games. After getting 1 vs Swansea, we need to get another win under our belts before we start to get cut adrift. Norwich and Villa are starting to pick up some points, while Swansea, Wigan and Stoke have started well and also teams like Fulham, WBA and West Ham storming up the league. Probably have to go with the team that played so well Vs Swansea, only question is the keeper. You'll still have a better view than the last time I went. front row of the bottom tier, worst seats I've ever had at football! Made sure I got the gold tier tickets this time so hopefulyl I'll be able to see everything although wouldn't be surprised if thats not the case. Think the restricted view tickets are in the top in the corner aren't they ?

Don't think he particularly fitted the 2 hard working battlers in CM though that WGS used to play. He'd be handy in a 3 man CM though no doubt.

Just think it's not 'youngsters' we need though, it's old heads with experience - so bringing in someone who isn't getting a game elsewhere would be better. Also the problem with loans is generally they're not that bothered because as soon as the loan is up, they go back to their parent club rather than having to put up with relegation an everything that comes with it.

Probably, but Mayuka is 3rd choice up front, and Puncheon has been doing pretty well recently - and I don't even particularly like him. Plus he might have a point to prove having gone to QPR and not been given a chance.

Would start Punch and bring on Mayuka depending on how the game goes. Lambert holds up the ball well the majority of the time. Mayuka wouldn't give us that option unless we were to hit balls into the channels. but we don't play like that.

Lambert can always drop deeper with Lallana and Punch making the runs past Lambert.

And because a couple of people mentioned that Lee had potential to be a good player for us, that needs bringing up at multiple opportunities ?!

Funny though, as I speak to some Saints fans who don't use this forum....I get told 'news' which has been on here a few days before. I'm sure this forum has a lot more viewers that don't post than people that do post.
