  1. I'm not talking FIFA sanctions, I am talking Criminal / Police action - Surely if someone gets a life time ban from throwing something in a football ground, then a headbutt is significantly worse
  2. Given the sentances that our fans got, following the blue fews last visit and then the Maze hill sentances before that, what would you get for an actual headbutt at football? Whilst I know there is absolutely no chance of Gattuso getting a banning order, surely he should? If someone football heatbutted someone else at a match, based on the sentances to date, what would that carry? - 4 or 5 years? and a lifetime ban
  3. I Bet Andriod will be furious when he realises how easy it would have been to at least get a few hundred grand out of him. Mind you i have a feeling that might have been the next decades transfer budget, problem is thats 500k more than Chanerais :lol: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1354976/500k-hits-Secret-Millionaire.html
  4. I'm a little bit confused. How long does it take to work out, that more going out than coming in isn't good, Even worse when you realise, they'e spent next years parchaute money already, worse even still when you find out the don't own half their team and another 1/3 are ******* off at the end of the season. And if you were still interested after all of that you have to contend with the fact you wont own the ar park or offices and it is highly likely any purchase will be rewarded with a points deduction next season cos of some bloke from Hayling and did i mention the 26 million pound CVA? Thought the ruskies would have had it all wrapped by now
  5. I think so. It all adds up to be Oxo
  6. The post or Adkins signings
  7. Turkish, ive seen your posts about Saints fans and how embarrassed they make you feel. Maybe your supporting the wrong team????/ Maye theres a team with much better fans than Saints, who will sing all the right songs that you like. If they were cover players, they wouldnt start right? Oh no's....... that cant be right
  8. I think Pardew wins handsdown. With the exception of Chaplow, Adkins is struggling transfer wise.
  9. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-hampshire-12443376 RIP Fella.
  10. Fan Colin Farmery said: ‘An investor who is looking at the long term will be able to see there is so much potential in Pompey. There’s a new stadium to be built and Portsmouth is a city that can easily sustain a Premier League side. Not really true is it though Colin. You tried to sustain a premiership team and royally fooked it up. You werent even selling out that **** hole when you were in the prem. Potential.... Yes huge, to go nose diving down the divisions.
  11. Are you sure ????????????????????
  12. Good post ST Matty, agree with it all apart from the work rate (Didnt understand what you meant), but ultimately Adkins gets to see them both and he will choose the best one.
  13. Arry and Mandicks case doesnt count - That was personal gain. storries was on club business. If he gets found guilty, they will get a points deduction.
  14. Just so that you get an idea of what could be in store...... I hope someone told the russians http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/l/luton_town/7500435.stm
  15. Has anyone got a spare set of keys to the City? We really should make storrie an honuary Sotonian. I have a good feeling abot HMRC on this one, but given when the case will be heard, when will they apply the points deduction? How about they survive, but are then still relegated....... Sounds like a plan.

  18. pompey_highlander Posted on 10/02/2011 09:31 PFC Potential Report Message | Email Message To A Friend | Reply To Message Thinking outside the box, is our lack of infrastructure an advantage? FP has one basic, decent stand: the rest needs redevelopment. So build a new stadium outside the city and make money from all the add-ons? No training ground - so develop one linked to a leisure development in the countryside? The Coalition government wants to ecourage private sector jobs so will want to facilitate developments of this kind. Just a thought. I thought education was compulsory in this country.
  19. I noticed that the kit had the Saints foundation logo on, but no registered charity number on it
  20. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/gossip_and_transfers/9392879.stm The average Premier League fan travels 1,960 miles a season to follow their club, a study has shown. West Brom fans travel the furthest at 3,290 miles. (The Sun) I probably only do 6 or 7 away matches a season, but reckon i would beat 1,960
  21. One bright pompey spark (if that's not a contridiction) has found a link, between, the russians, vckers and Al Fahim..... Let's hope the shop has XXXL this time
  22. I believe this was bought up at one of Cortese Season ticket dinners and the idea was apparently well received. (I wasn't there but it was posted on the forum.)
  23. The pictures throw in a couple of kids, a woman and a soldier, but when you look at the crowd shots, the demographic is 99%, 25 - 35 year old male (With shaven head to varying degrees). Are they the most vunerable to persuation? The most angry? The least tolerant to foreigners? I don't know the answer to those questions, but any organisation would need a much more diverse membership before they were taken seriously.
