Whilst I don't necessarily disagree with the sentiment (Albeit not the most original).... I was there on Tuesday and whilst 70'000 thousand England fans tried their hardest, the reality is we ballsed it up - Not that it made any difference, it was all about the gesture and solidarity - but that has to be the hardest song in the World to sing - Even with the freaking words.

There is a reason why nobody has signed Chalie Austin and it's not on ability. The West Ham comments, seem to have some credibility. If you can't insure him, you can't pay the perecived asking price, or the wages. Cr@p situation for everyone. Fuller made the most of it, so no reason why Austin can't, but he's more valuable to QPR than a poultry transfer fee, so i can understand why they won't sell him.

Too late Turkish - Cortese banned Mars bars from the stadium after a very epic fail on his part. No idea if they sell them again now or not.

A great player in his day and i think if my (failing) memory serves me right that when he left the first time a certain James Beattie was part of the deal. We made very good money from KD and then got him back almost for free. Personally whne he left the second time, (although he went on to refind his form at Bolton and gain an England cap), I think it was the right thing for both parties. My two highlights of him in a Saints shirt; 1) The mazy individual goal away to Everton 2) The last minute equalizer against Millwall (I think) to keep Saints in the cup, the year we reached the final.
