  1. Well, worst case scenario is that they make no impact - which is exactly what Lee and De Ridder were doing. Chambers looked good in pre-season IIRC, probably would have given him a start instead of Chaplow.
  2. Luke Shaw and Lloyd Isgrove on for Tadanari Lee and De Ridder respectively.
  3. Not even a shot on goal. This is a shocking performance, forget the league form or who is in the team. This is really, really bad.
  4. Again, there really is no reason why this couldn't have gone on the match thread.
  5. I remember Ashdown being mentioned. Think he was fouled or something.
  6. Adkins sacked, Wilkins given the job, sacked...Redknapp comes in?
  7. Not sure you can accuse the players of giving up when losing.
  8. No reason for this not to be posted in the match thread.
  9. hth.
  10. Those stats define anything further than 20 yards as a long pass.
  11. I'm getting fed up of our players refusing to play the early ball. At the start of the season we countered really well, now instead of playing it immediately out to the wing or down into the channels, we turn back inside and knock it around in the middle of the park.
  12. Been our best performer so far according to the commentators.
  13. Oh well.
  14. Varney hits the cross bar after a poor back pass from Seaborne.
  15. Sounds fairly even to me. I've heard Guly mentioned a lot, Mayuka mentioned a fair bit, Chaplow and Lee mentioned probably once each.
  16. Luke Varney misses from 4 yards, Leeds fans thought it was in. Offside anyway.
  17. Guly is actually playing in his proper position for once, he was playing out of position when on the wing or up front. (Not that I don't think he's done well in those positions).
  18. Yes, that's exactly what's happened.
  19. Jesus christ. What's wrong with having faith in the youngsters, as Adkins clearly does?
  20. Are the commentary team sat in amongst them? Sounds very loud for that many.
  21. Saints fans are in good voice, any idea how many are up there?
  22. That isn't what I've heard from his interviews at all. Indeed, after West Ham he seemed very, very p*ssed off with the players.
  23. Urgh. Fox stuck with his man - Lennon - and it was Lallana that got continually done by his - Walker.
  24. This has been productive.
  25. I have to say I didn't notice it at all - however, Puncheon did fall over once down at the Kingsland/Northam corner. I think you just mistook the two.
