Maybe. I was simply making an observation. The title of the entire thread is a question - I was just giving an alternative answer. The most likely reason for him not clicking straight away is, as has been said, him not being at Adkins standards of fitness but also (and more importantly) the fact that our style of play is much, much higher to that of Doncasters.

Watch him in interviews - he looks petrified. I know it's very early on, but it's possible he hasn't got the bottle to perform at bigger clubs. Hope i'm wrong.
