If (still a big if) we go up, we need big teams to go down. We need the best chance to stay up the following season. Therefore it would be good if Blackburn go down as they have money to spend. If Wigan stay up, it's very likely they'll be strugglers again next season, so we want them to be there. Same with Wolves and Swansea. Ideally it would benifit us if teams like Fulham, Everton and Sunderland go down and smaller teams come up with us. Meaning we have a better opportunity to stay up.

What a strange reply....Where did I say betting will harm you? Even your post didn't mention betting or advertising betting. I was responding to the point you made about alcohol advertising. That's all. Advertising smoking was banned because there is no two ways about it, it is bad for you. No matter what. I don't think gambling or alcohol should be made to stop advertising as there is no harm in moderation.

After some advice re: Parking charges I live in Plymouth and here we have these vans with cameras on the top which go around taking pictures of cars illigally parked. Now, earlier on today I was stopped at some traffic lights when a car nudged me from behind. Nothing major but enough to move me forward. Both of us pulled over round a corner onto some double yellows to assess the damage an swap numbers. It was towards an enterence of a multistory car park and we were in no way obstructing any traffic. As we were swapping numbers, one of these vans went past. I managed to notice it and jumped in the way of the number plate, then I pulled him over to explain the situation. He didn't say a lot and drove of. 30 seconds later he went past again without me noticing until it was too late. So he got the picture. Do I have rights to appeal?

Alcohol is different though. In moderation it wont harm you. Infact it can be good for you. It's down to the person to use it responsily. Just like it's down to the person to use their car responsibly. Alcohol companies advertise very responsibly. There are so many rules to getting your alcohol brand on TV now it's almost hard to make it interesting.

When we went to pens against Norwich in the JPT my mate shouted out "Why is Papa Waigo taking a pen?" as Paul Wotton placed the ball on the spot. There was a guy who used to sit in block 41 up until this season who used to try and come up with terrible chants that never fit. A person favourite was "Does your mum iron your shirt" The best I ever heard was when there was a goalmouth scramble down the other end of the pitch my mate screamed with such panic in his voice "What's going on!?!". Reduced me to laughter tears......You had to be there.

Agreed. If we were to get it going, we'd have to do it slowly. So there's no chance of any clapping meaning the board bangers can't speed it up to 100mph.

I like this tune for a chant. However I think the "he's a king..." part wont catch on. Need to keep it simple to get it going. Just stick with the "Steve De Ridder, Steve Steve De Ridder" and repeat.

My god, the bed wetting on here at times is hilarious! It was a dull, training match sort of game. It lifted the atmosphere and mood for 5-6 minutes and didn't catch on for much longer than that. Big deal! Some of you lot get so worked up about minor things. I never used to chant the Cortese song as I thought it was pretty pants, but seeing how stressed people get with it I started singing it loud and proud. Knowing there were a few fans with smoke coming out of ther ears in rage just becuase they don't like a chant Bless.

Last year we only got 1 set of them. They were from the local church and gave us chocolate (and a leaflet about God). I'm happy for them to visit again.

No need to be rude, but I guess if you have a sign up then that gives you a good reason to be. A simple "I'm not interested, thanks" will do. Although, If I'm bored, I do like mess with them a bit. Like someone said, at least they're out there making a living. And a frigging hard/unrewarding living it is!

Just read it. The player that brings him down and kicked him got sent off. And so did the keeper who basically tickled him

I haven't looked it up but I think they went undefeated for a long time, but not won 18 in a row
