According to a skate mate, they'll be more of them there than us.

All in how much do you spend at Christmas?
Golden Balls replied to Barry Sanchez's topic in The Lounge
Last Xmas was brilliant. For the first time in years I was single and therefore pretty much lowered my spending by 98% Got a new bird this year though. Being new I have no idea what she likes. So it's been expensive. Added to the fact that her birthday is in December too. Must remember to set an agreed budget next year. -
Lol

Do you have this stored somewhere just to copy and paste it? Do you then use the search function to search "sell out" every hour or so?

How annoying. May help with attendance issues though.

You sign Whittingham, we sign Pochettino....
Golden Balls replied to Saint Mikey's topic in The Saints
Really? At Arsenal I thought I'd heard "we all follow Southampton...", "when I was just a little boy...", "hello, hello...", "is this a library", Luke Shaw chants, Rickie Lambert chants and chants about Boruc. Admittedly I was watching on a dodgy stream in Portugal, so there may have been more. -

I dunno. I'll reserve my judgement on how cool it is when Turkish gives his opinion. If he hates it then I'll be chanting it. -

Just change it to "you sack Whittingham, we've got...." -

Seeing as the Depeche Mode tune is the general accepted song for JRod now, I'm thinking it needs a first verse. His name is Jay Rodriguez he wears the famous red, I just can't get enough, Just can't get enough, All the goals he scores with his right foot and his head, I just can't get enough, Just can't get enough, He scores a goal and the crowd go wild And I just can't seem to get enough Do do do do do.....etc

Lovren is Righteous Brothers - Loving Feeling. Just hasn't got going yet.

Met him a few times. Complete tit. Just as I was starting to think "hmmmm, maybe he's changed" he does this. So glad we didn't take him back. **** off Hoddle.
-
He had a fantastic game. Such a brilliant player. He lost possession once in the first half and reacted brilliantly to win it back. Very impressed. Like the Pahars chant for him too.

Pretty much it. This place will go into melt down (well, 3-4 forum personalities will shout louder than everyone else) if we lose the next 2. I think we'll win one, lose one.

Merc C Class Vs Audi A4 Vs BMW 3 Series
Golden Balls replied to Golden Balls's topic in Motoring Forum
To be honest it's very unlikely I'll need to drive in snow. My only issue with it is that it's a BMW, and in general I hate the ****s. I'm off to test drive the Audi and Merc today. Leaning towards Audi at the moment. -
Very popular in the group. Funny man too apparently.

I've gone and got myself a new job with a car allowance. Originally I was going to buy a car but the rules are the car needs to be under 5 years old and less than 100k which limits me on my budget. Therefore I'm going to lease. These 3 cars in particular interest me. I'm going to be doing about 15k miles a year. Anyone had much experience with these cars or knows what they're talking about? Pros and cons? Cheers

Next two games could shape how our season will play out. We have a real chance, but Arsenal will be prepared. I hope Arsenal insist in playing out from the back every time, cos we will catch them out. I'm going for 2-2.

Lallana has been outstanding so far this season and deserves a cap.

I'm in the opposite situation. I've had a company car for the last 4 years. Brilliant that I don't have to worry about anything. Fuel card as well. Just got a new job. They give me a £6k car allowance plus fuel allowance. I'm torn whether its best to go for a lease or buy a used car on finance. A lease I wouldn't have to worry about much, can get a better car and a new one every 3 years. Finance means in 3-4 years I'd own the car then the majority of that £6k a year will go in my pocket but the car won't be as good and I'd have the maintenance/service costs etc. Haven't looked into the tax side of things yet.

Was going to do this one, won't now. Stupid time.
