I've seen him a few times. Good all round player, but never as noticeable as Shaw was in the U18's where it was achingly obvious to anyone with even a basic grasp of spotting potential that he was a class above. Obviously players develop at different rates and Shaw is a phenomenon in that respect. Maybe Targett will establish himself as a Premier League player but I'd hazard a guess that it will take him a few seasons to hit that level. Hopefully I'll be wrong and it won't take him quite that long. One thing he does have is a much better passing range and far superior crossing technique than Shaw.

Any bet in the mid 90's on Fulham to win. They messed up otherwise winning accumulators 3 times in a month, twice by letting in last minute goals. It's fairly common knowledge that Shaw isn't blessed with the greatest intellect. Ward-Prowse alluded to it in an interview with the national media not so long ago.
