Why is a heavy deterrent required if all the other managers naturally restrain themselves. It was nothing more than what we see on the pitch every week, he's had a red card so a touch line ban of three games is enough. Talk of a ten game ban is daft.

I don't think it was that bad, people forget when you are playing football your adrenaline is high and this makes you aggressive. I suspect that the same is true of professional managers and he just acted in an instinctual way, he needs to be given a bit of slack.
