  1. These lot should be on another thread - 'Threesomes you'd least like to see the video of'.
  2. Depends a lot on the pitch of the roof. My headroom is less than 2metres at the highest point - half a metre of so either side of that and you are banging your head - so a conversion isnt economically viable. Why not get up there with a tape measure and work out the size of the area you can currently stand upright in? If its less than 12sqm its probably not worth doing, its over 20sqm it might well be.
  3. Never had you down as a socialist Trousers - trumpeting the success of workers owned businesses, returning the profits to the employees.
  4. Depends on how developed your moral reasoning is. The Heinz Dilemma of psychologist Laurence Kohlberg is similar. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kohlberg%27s_stages_of_moral_development#Heinz_dilemma
  5. Click on Alpine's name on the thread, go to his profile and add him to ignore list.
  6. Good result and good displaY.
  7. and Lambert
  8. That 'tache has got to go.
  9. We should have a 'Did you ever knob somebody who wasnt a prostitute?' thread. Obviously it would have fewer posts, but we might hear from different people.
  10. Actually just realised it was a DS3 I had. DS4 looks good.
  11. I had one as a hire car and loved it. If I didnt have small kids and need something bigger I'd buy one.
  12. All keepers make mistakes and all make fantastic saves. Our problem is the ratio between the two. Much as i like KD I dont think he is PL quality.
  13. I suspect there some truth in that. Nonetheless a very good appointment.
  14. My old physics teacher had an Austin Allegro estate in beige, and I used to think it was quite cool. Thats got to be worth more than three points.
  15. Just Like QPR Unlike Norwich
  16. Thanks Sherlock. Young adults who havent finished growing / developing run the risk of long term injuries if they overtrain. Arsenal basically accused Saints of this after the signed Walcott and he had a bad run of injuries. I'd imagine things are different now we have more money, better sports science and arent battling relegation
  17. Absolutely this
  18. How was Nuremburg? Worth the trip?
  19. Has anyone noticed that weird halo around one of the players heads? I dont think its a trick of the light so must be linked to Christmas.
  20. People like the NRA always say there cannot be any infringements of their right to bear arms because to do so would be unconstitutional. Often the supreme court has agreed with them. Its clearly a stupid claim because there already restrictions - private individuals cant own machine guns, RPGs, Apache attack helicopters - its just a question of degree. You dont have to be a wooly liberal to think buying semi automatic assault rifles without any background checks whatsover (at gun shows) is a bad idea.
  21. My considered opinion is 'dumb fu ck' (him that is Trousers, not you
  22. There was obviously political will to get the inquiry organised in response to pressure from NI - but that doesnt mean it wasnt needed or that the findings were skewed. You've got remember that 27 people were shot that day, many of them more than once. Thats not a single mistake by nervous rookie or a soldier picking the wrong target during a firefight in Afghanistan. Thats somebody taking aim at unarmed civilians more than 50 times. The whole point of democracy and a free society is that when there is an alomighty **** up someone is held to account. Otherwise you end up with Burma or North Korea
  23. If it hadnt been covered up at the time and dealt with openly arguably the massive upswing in support for the IRA would nver have happened and many lives on all sides would have been saved.
  24. I was just making a lame funny in reference to your typo "he's being all serious at the moment over on the main board at the moment being all serious". I spent a lot of time in SE Asia in the early 1980s, yeah I know, and though Bangkok was complete with everything I could imagine at 19 I never saw any ladyboys there. Bugis Street in Singapore by contrast was famous for it. They used to do a kind of passeggiata in the evening, less obvious than the Thais, really elegant and subtle. It was easy to make a mistake....again not that I did but I know a couple of lads who were way down to business before realisng.
