  1. The Sun page 1: "SKY Sexism Furore" The Sun page 3: "Kayleigh from Skegness gets her tits out for the lads. Wayhay!"
  2. Blimey...first time in 5 years one of my conspiracy theories has turned out to be true! Good work Mr Cortese. I like your style. There again, perhaps it's a double bluff from the club? i.e. Telling people they are putting rumours out there when in fact it's all true...hmmmm...,
  3. Good Horizon programme on BBC2 at the moment....
  4. The Saints Twitter service has gone very quiet the last 48 hours. Usually a sign of some big news brewing. That is all.
  5. Horse's mouth?
  6. Yes, it's been free for a year or so now. But it makes excellent cat litter tray lining so I take mine with me rather than leave it on t' train.
  7. "Prefers Saints" as in the money is better or he prefers the set-up and prospects here?
  8. By the standards of this forum, that seems like 'ITK' territory to me...
  9. Why is it baffling? It's just a different opinion. Some think the cup isn't a distraction, some think it is. That's all.
  10. It's a storm in a D-cup if you ask me
  11. 28. Winding up non-Tories to the extent whereby they raise a thread about him.
  12. Tonight's London Evening Standard (back page): "Saints chairman Nicola Cortese is demanding £10million up front with the Gunners targeting a deal closer to £5m plus add-ons" Stand your ground Mr Cortese...
  13. I's be happy to spend c.£2m of the supposed £10m for Chamberlain on this chap. Over to you Mr Cortese.
  14. 22. Two little ducks
  15. It's PC gone mad, I tell ya...
  16. Distractions, distractions... ;-)
  17. This is now the top football story on the BBC homepage: http://www.bbc.co.uk/
  18. I hear we might be in for How Hi (Chinese international midfielder)
  19. It's warmer in Southampton though
  20. Was going to highlight the same. How can Wenger be "stepping up the pressure" when there have been "no talks yet between the clubs"....? (unless the sending of a contract offer by taxi consititues "stepping up the pressure"...?)
  21. Could be, and a good business strategy. The more players in the same position that we're seen to be going for can help contain the asking price as it generates an element of competitiveness between the selling clubs. A good way to counteract the "ay oop, here come moneybags Southampton with a bid for our player. Let's up the price" Didn't we do something similar with Fonte and that Shaw chap last season? Or was that Seabourne?
  22. Nutshell
  23. A message from my Daggers supporting friend: "He's mustard. Pay lots because we'll get a sell on fee"
  24. One visit to Old Trafford (FA Cup reply) will be enough for me... ;-)
