My money is on you not referring back to this post in 10 months time if we go straight back up, but wheeling it out every 5 minutes for 7 weeks if we don't... I'll keep a medal aside for you though, just in case...

You've been well and truly scooped mate

Always had a hunch he was destined for a big club playing European football...

Aaron Ramsdale - Official: Loaned to Newcastle
trousers replied to Saint Fan CaM's topic in The Saints
Yup.... we've been led to believe that Sport Republic have learned from their past mistakes.... The Ramsdale replacement will be a good litmus test of this.... -

Could PTSD have been a factor in his irrational reaction maybe? (I've no idea myself as I'm not familiar with how the condition can manifest itself)

I guess the question mark over Armstrong is whether or not he'll perform at 2023/24 levels when he knows it's likely he'll be ditched at the end of the season, regardless of how well he does. Could conceivably affect his motivation levels compared to last time in the Championship?

Maybe a similar trajectory / pedigree to Bella-Kotchap...? (Only without the alleged attitude problem, hopefully)

Trying to work out if that's better or worse than every post coming across as supercilious...

If a rival has two players that are better than our key midfielder, doesn't that logically indicate that we should be trying to offload him and replace him with better player(s) rather than keep hold of him...? Edit: just re-read the context of your post and I acknowledge I've somewhat missed the point, but the logic still stands out of context: i.e. we need to be matching or exceeding the quality of players that our rivals have, so we should be looking to upgrade on Downes anyway, if the likes of Leicester have better players in that position

As in "season 4 of Clarkson's Farm"... It's 'series 4' you f**king imbeciles
