Fair point to be fair. Fair enough.

I don't think Adams is 100% fit? (Or at least he had to miss several training sessions during the week?)
-
I'm not usually one to moan and groan about the starting line up, but what did Elyounoussi do last week to warrant another starting berth? He was pretty much anonymous for 95% of the game Vs Leeds.

Cheers for the heads-up. Out of curiosity, does anyone know off the top of their head how many of our regular B-Team squad would also qualify to play in the U18s, age wise? Cheers

People that use huge corner-cutting insurance companies because it might save them a few bob in the short-term and then moan about the poor customer service thereafter.... #falseeconomy

Insurance bet on the inevitable Vestergaard last minute winner then.... #saintsy

But he's become more risk averse since then, hasn't he....?

You just can't let it be, can you? I heard this all yesterday too.

Who's our right-back in the Saints B-team? If I remember correctly, wasn't part of the philosophy behind renaming the "U23s" to the "B-Team" a while back to provide continuity between the B-Team and First Team? In other words, the players in the B-Team should be able to slip seamlessly into the First Team if/when required. Or maybe I've completely mis-remembered the thinking behind the 're-branding' of the U23s....? (p.s. before I get jumped upon by the Saintsweb intelligentsia, I'm not for one moment suggesting here that whoever our B-Team right back is is currently of a level to play in the first team, they're probably not, I just thought that was the stated aim of the B-Team when they renamed it from the U23s.)

Thankfully, we don't get much pessimism on here. Certainly not the incessant variant....

Ah, fairy nuff. I'll stop pondering on trivial stuff now

Ah, cheers Ron... assume there's a logical explanation somewhere

p.s. Leeds don't appear to have launched a 3rd kit yet this year (as far as I can tell by looking at their website), so wonder what would have happened if the officials had decided the light yellow and white kits were too much of a clash...?
-
Yeah, it seems somewhat inconsistent if the officials deemed the keeper's kit to clash with Leeds' outfield kit but were perfectly happy with light yellow vs white outfiled kits. Hey ho, probably best if I don't try and understand the logic of these things I guess!
