Possibly / probably. Yes, the poor refereeing wasn't necessarily the only decisive factor, but it definitely had an influence on the outcome today.

I actually feel a tad sorry for Russ this evening. Whilst we're weren't great (especially in the second half), poor refereeing decisions influenced the outcome. That said, if he and the club parted ways before out next game then I wouldn't be shedding too many tears...

Decent first half. Our goal incorrectly disallowed. Poor second half. Archer fouled in the build up to their second goal. Ref woeful. Fernandes our best player by a long chalk. #inanutshell

Has Tall Paul had a ball crossed in to him yet...?
-
I would...

At least we've got the old MLG back... Every silver lining...

Porn window just popped up on my stream... Every cloud...

80 minutes and the ref makes a decent decision at last...
-
Baffling why Chelsea paid £23m for him... He did look decent on his YouTube reel though...
-
Diaz and Tall Paul on... "Goals goals goals" etc...
-
James Bree...?

Surprised VAR isn't on the case to be honest...

Why has the ref stopped the game then FFS? What a twat

Source?

And now a blatant shirt pull on Lallana that goes unpunished... Someone check this ref's bank account after the game...
-
Someone said we had no shots on goal and I pointed out we did. If pointing out the bleedin' obvious counts as "quibbling" (😂) then guilty as charged... 🤦♂️
-
Assume VAR will now check that foul on Archer in the build up to the goal....?

2-0 FFS GAME OVER

Link? 😁

Have faith. We'll win this 2-1...

Surely the perfectly good goal we scored was on target...? (Yes, I know it gets scrubbed off statistically, but it was still a shot on goal, regardless)
-
A repeat of the perfectly good goal that Manning scored perhaps...?

Decent first half from us. Should be on level terms of it wasn't for a dire VAR decision. Still confident we'll come away from the game with something.
