Seems to do it all the time without weighing up his options, even when he has time to do so. Not a criticism per se, just an observation that I've not noticed before.

Good point. I'm surprised the football league gave this scheme the go ahead if it means they cant guarantee stopping more people getting into the ground than they are licenced for. (They did run it by the football league first, one assumes....)
