There are reports Saints want to do any deal for KWP and Hojbjerg separately so the values are kept apart from each other. If Spurs don't want KWP it would be a bizarre decision to make things awkward for Saints to buy him. They need the money so why turn a reasonable bid down?

Their season has been reliant on team spirit and good tactics rather than player quality. 2nd season syndrome may hit them hard. A win for a much improved Saints would see them finish only 2 points behind Sheff Utd. One team on an upward trajectory, the other the opposite.
