His English is fine, it improved a lot during the 4 years at Chelsea from 2000 to 2004. Here is an interview he did with the BBC's Football Focus in circa 2008 when he was Juventus manager... [video=youtube;u-f3Xt6E_r0]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-f3Xt6E_r0

The public. To say he struggled is very harsh, especially if you think Danny "Bambi on Ice" Welbeck was better. Welbeck isn't remotely close to Lallana in terms of being comfortable on the ball, Welbeck struggles to get the ball under control let alone do anything constructive with it.

Does that extremely brief cameo count as Le Tissier's 9th England cap?
-
Saints current strikers... - Sam Gallagher (inexperienced) - Dani Osvaldo (mentalist) - Jay Rodriguez (injured) We are likely to need more than one new striker this summer.
-
Even without Lambert we still have a stronger squad and first XI than every team below us.

The old training dome cost £1.25m in 2006. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/s/southampton/4909032.stm

1) Originally the main pavilion was going to look like this... That building is significantly smaller and lower in spec than what they have now built at Staplewood. 2) The original plans didn't include a large groundsman building 3) The original plans didn't include the security building 4) The original plans didn't include this... 5) The original plans didn't include the 3G pitch 6) The original plan didn't include a new training dome 7) The original plans didn't include the large number of new academy buildings around the farmhouse... 8 ) The original plans didn't include a signicant amount more done in terms of landscaping the site 9 The original plans didn't include them expanding into these fields.... It is all of these things that led to the cost going up! Not Cortese being indecisive on wallpaper choices in the offices.

That is an additional cost, but not a huge one. The majority of the extra £15m in costs is due to the site being extended into next door fields, better high spec pitches, the 3G pitch, more buildings (at a higher spec), a new training dome etc all of which not in original plan.

That doesn't really work as analogy as thats not really what happened with the training ground. The original plans weren't actually built, knocked down and new ones built, what actually happened is the designs were significantly increased in scope and scale and then built.

Jamie White - ex Saints Academy- Now Salisbury
Matthew Le God replied to captain sensible's topic in The Saints
Any player released by Saints means there can't be a sell on clause as Saints haven't sold them to anyone and they are free agents. In any case White has played for a number of clubs since he left Saints 4 years ago. -
All that left was Pochettino and his three coaches, the fitness and medical department will have set fitness schedules over the summer for the players. It really isn't an issue. They'd have to be pretty daft to think there won't be a new manager in place for the first day of pre-season.

Tom Williams @tomwfootball · 30m Clement Grenier expected to be ruled out of World Cup for France due to adductor muscle injury. Morgan Schneiderlin could replace him. -
Not yet.

Originally it started of like this and they knocked it down... and built this... they then knocked that down and got this... Finally they created the view in the image I posted.

Yes, but as my post shows he retweeted that tweet by TalkSaints recently. I know, but its still related to the topic of this thread.

Cowman is the English translation of Koeman. It is also followed by the official Ronald Koeman twitter account, so is likely to be real.

Retweeted by Tim Koeman talkSAINTS @talkSAINTS · Jun 1 Tim Koeman (@timothycowman), Ronald Koeman's son is now following @SouthamptonFC on twitter. Definitely not a coincidence. #Saintsfc

In his brief cameos last season he looked more effective as a wide player than a central striker.

Thats the logic of the Wise Woman from Blackadder II.

I doubt Fonte is the only one in the squad who has an issue with Osvaldo.

What leagues are you running? What is your managerial reputation? What jobs are you applying for? Are you getting offers but failing at the interview stage?
