Dearest Tokyo-Saint, Do you have to quote Turkish making up things I've said? Means I can then see it. x x

Light rain showers with sunshine currently forecast by the BBC for Newcastle tomorrow afternoon. http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2641673

I didn't say that either. Reading comprehension is tough stuff for some.
-
They are both looking to expand their stadium capacities to circa 40k and Cardiff for example were competing with us for transfer targets (Wanyama) in the summer. QPR may be competing with us for transfer targets next summer if they get promoted again. You do enjoy making things up don't you, I said no such thing.

Then it shouldn't be on the main forum if the thread isn't related to Saints. Potential rivals improving infrastructure and then comparing it with what Saints may or may not do is what this thread should be about if it stays on the main forum rather than being moved.
-
Have you not noticed those pictures show alot more than merely adding seats to St Mary's?
-
I don't believe you, you look shifty and startled in your avatar.
-
I'm onto you Tokyo-Saint! Impersonating me on other forums isn't big or clever!
-
Sssshhh, don't let Turkish hear you say that! But then he still hasn't realised I have had him on ignore and haven't responded to him in over 6 months.

Looks more like TRON.

Lots of clubs are now moving along with ambitious infrastructure plans. West Ham new stadium, QPR new stadium, Cardiff stadium expansion, Swansea stadium expansion, Chelsea/Spurs/Liverpool/Everton all looking to improve or relocate etc etc. Lets hope these plans see the light of day to allow Saints to increase revenue streams and compete. Its not just about extra seats, it is everything else in the development as well...

QPR's plans...
-
I think for QPR a 28,000 to 30,000 seater stadium that allows for future expansion if needed would be more realistic. Jumping straight from 18k to 40k is a huge leap. Cardiff City are also expanding, phase 1 is already under way which will make their stadium bigger than St Mary's... Phases 2 and 3 will take it to this and 39,000...

You can see him in training yesterday towards the end of this video... http://www.player.saintsfc.co.uk/latest-news/article/3573346/date/20131213120000/page/0/name/jay-looking-forward-to-newcastle-test

Probably because Cork is Wanyama's understudy, Saints only need one player to sit in front of the centre backs.
-
I wasn't quoting anyone in particular, I was responding to Tokyo-Saint saying "Why do you sometimes bring up stuff from the past then?". 15/love to me.
-
By a clear margin it is the most impressive under 21/youth team stadium in the UK, but saying it wouldn't look out of place in the Championship is pushing it as it only has a 7,000 capacity (including terracing). Its the equivalent of a reasonable League One stadium.
-
I've never said anything like "we beat team X in 1956, so we have a good change of beating them in 2013".
-
None of them, they are all irrelevant. We are playing them on Saturday, not in the past.
-
How Saints did against Newcastle in 1937, 1968, 1996 etc etc has no bearing on how they will do on Saturday. It is completely irrelevant.
