  1. They would still beat us........
  2. Losing 2-1 at Saufend, and down to 10 men too. poopey don't seem to finish many matches with 11 players still left on the field...........
  3. Just had a look at the OP. Batman often gets a lot of stick, but how insightful he was back now over 4 months ago. Nothing has changed.........
  4. I would , but we aren’t going to win anything at all with this manager.......
  5. Who would you have as manager? Howe? Wagner or Pellegrino?
  6. We beat the bottom and probably worst team in the league, and every one seems to be celebrating like we won the league.......
  7. Usually you would look at that fixture list and think it was doable, but with this manager..............
  8. Yes the whole Lovren thing has been a pantomime, hoping VvD saga goes the same way. Already looking way overpriced, he probably just nudges it for me........
  9. Or an own goal.....
  10. C'mon, if Pep Guardiola was in charge, don't you think think the players would be performing a little bit better.......
  11. Well he's right, its no longer sport but business. All the Premier League clubs are vehicles for their owners to make money. But it is a bit rich for one of the big six to be complaining.

    GAO OUT!!!

I'm surprised Gao is not suing Kat having been sold a pup.......
  13. I think you will find that for away games (i.e. WBA) it's the home club that gets the money.......
  14. What ever division we end up playing in next season, if this man is still in charge I will not be renewing my season ticket.........
  15. Last Saturday on Gillette Soccer Saturday, MLT said that the Birmingham decision to sack Rowett was the most bizarre sacking he could remember. Birmingham did at least manage to stay up last season. Southampton's recent managerial change is now looking far more stupid and ten times as catastrophic......
  16. Lol - Liverpool drop Van Dyck and keep clean sheet for a change, he will struggle to get back in that team...........
  17. A 1-1 draw is nailed on........
  18. Why does it matter whether the VvD money was all up front or not......? Any Southampton incoming transfer will be structured just the same way.......
  19. They probable came to that conclusion from reading this site..........
  20. The board would still have to have someone lined up, to come in and hit the ground running.........
  21. I see the reports states that we may struggle to retain our place due to failure to qualify for the Europa League. Failure to retain our EPL status is likely to result in a huge loss on income. Though I suppose the VvD windfall may help boost our income streams......
  22. We have to start winning though.............
  23. If we are to stay up, we can't just rely on the other rubbish teams losing. Good luck to Swansea, they changed their manager and are now beginning to reap the rewards. Just can't see us ever getting a win against a half decent side
  24. The reality was Hull were well adrift at the time he took over, it looked hopeless. Yet he had them in with a chance up until the end. With a couple more wins on the board when he took over he would have kept them up. With your argument Pep Guardiola could take over a team that had lost it's first 19 matches, and fail to keep them up and you would label him a failure.
