Was Ramirez decent last week? True he unlocked WBA, but also left the door open for alot of pressure in the last 15 minutes without Cork on the field. Davis to start.

Maybe Katarina has better plans for the club than NC had

I think it is unlikey that we will finish 7th this season. We may qualify for Europe through fair play. 8th is realistic with our squad at present. There is no point buying any new players at inflated prices. So keeping the squad and develop the undoubted young talent along with the existing squad is paramount. Business as usual.

Everybody is accountable to somebody even you Mr Cortese. If it was his own money then he would have been accountable to himself. How dare he throw his Teddies out of the pram because KL wanted some accountability. Seems to me that KL made him a fabulous financial package, but Mr Cortese wanted to be accountable to himself. Saints in excellent hands with KL and should be very respectful to the Daughter of our saviour!

I think there is a real feel good factor now for Sunderland. MoPo committed to staying lets have a Party at Sunderland!! -
One thing I think is clear is that MP is not leaving (YET). If he was he would already have left? Reading between the lines it's business as usual.

Be careful not to take a Child to football too early. Something I didn't realised was how noisy and scarey this can be. My son and daughter used to last about a half and then we'd have to go home.

Yes he was the difference because he found a way to unlock the defense & yes he really did try, but he also lost the ball quite a few times, which added to the squeaky bum time at the end of the game. A great talent, but he must keep hold of the ball better. The way we play it exposes us as we push so many players forward. Lambert was also guilty of losing the ball a few times at the end

We also missed Cork yesterday after he was subbed!
-
I think in fact you're stirring a little. We have seriously missed Wanyama's physical presence. Cork is a better passer, but the Premier league is all about power!

I think he made MP's substitution of Cork look good!

Something else to note is how many bad passes we made in the last 15 mins. To me it shows that the legs are tired. You just cannot sustain the MP way through the entire season with a small squad. Schneiderlin is knackered and needs a holiday. Steve Davis seems to have an engine like no other. Fantastic. Wanyama we need you next week! -

No substituting Cork made us defensively weaker. It's difficult to explain in words. See if you can watch the highlights. Note the change in our positional play when Cork goes off. Note that Schneiderlin now is more defensive and how that leaves WBA more space in the middle. -

Had a chat with Wanyama. He thinks he will be back next week. Ramirez meant that pass utter class. However I think it was a dangerous substitution. It worked this time although it was squeaky bum time at the end. I think Cork should always stay on unless Wanyama is fit. Steve Davis cannot play the holding role and Ramirez cannot track back and defend. Rickie was class today if you know anything about football, although he should have scored. Boruc was great, but his kicking is sometimes a bit wayward. Not a great game for Jay-rod. How dangerous could we be if we could cross a ball. Shame only Rickie knows how to do that. Great 3 points. Not a great performance. WBA are very poor, but they are tough to break down and pressed well. Embarrassing to think they were playing for time from the start. -
Vienna, Austria although today I'll be at St Mary's

Amazing!!!! How good is he, we should sign him up?????
-
I live in Austria and still haven't seen the goals can anyone help??
-
Look at the training pictures and you can probably pick the squad if not the team. Jack Cork and Jay-rod will probably start along with Fox

John Boy he can be quicker watch his running style. He plants his heal and is a little flat footed. Please note how speed training has improved Adam Lallana.
