  1. This is not a quote from Blick, it is how Sky have interpreted his comments. His actual comments are quoted. What he said is reasonable, he just says cannot fully judge until the accounts are actually filed/published. Apparently they have not yet been so filed, everything we know is based purely on the summary in the Echo and on the OS. However, my understanding is that KL made further loan to pay off the Vibrac loan, which makes sense, especially as there may be some toxicity in that loan due to the conflict of interest due to them making loans to 3 PL Clubs (though how that is different to, lets say, Barclays making a loan to 2 or more clubs beats me).
  2. Depends if Premier League regulations are the same, and who was the first of the three PL Clubs to take out a loan with Vibrac (I don't think we were first because Naughty Nic had poured scorn on other clubs for going down this route). This was a Football League disciplinary decision so if not it is not applicable to Saints. The fine by the way was suspended, and will not be enforced if there are no further breaches before May 2016. Unfortunately for Reading they do have to pay costs of £39k, laughable really that the costs are bigger than the fine. By the way we don't owe Vibrac anything, the loan was paid off by KL's replacement loan, maybe this was why it was paid off early, because of its toxicity. Reading don't owe them anything either.
  3. In which half would you see yourself? Just because you cannot deal with rational views on the current ability of a player that do not match your apparently uneducated view from behind your rose-tinted spectacles does not mean that you should promote the idea of genocide for those you do not agree with.
  4. We all get it apart from you, it seems. The horse that you continue to flog is demised, it is pushin up the daisies. It is no more, it is an ex horse.
  5. That really is harsh.
  6. There is no fuss, just one deluded OP.
  7. They were, helped them survive relegation to the Conference.
  8. Djuricic played 25 minutes as well.
  9. We also paid Bristol Rovers half a million as part of the Lambert deal.
  10. Don't know what point you are trying to make, but really its peanuts, less than 2%.
  11. Actually you don't, Morgan is there but is away with Les Beus.
  12. I have my coat ready
  13. Surely it is the opponents who kick off after we have scored.

  15. My first game was also Forsyth's last, the 3-5 home defeat to Chelsea in Jan 1968, so memories of him are minimal. Though I do remember the Shilton goal on TV the previous season. Campbell kept a clean sheet for Scotland in the game against the Auld Enemy a couple of seasons earlier when he was with Kilmarnock, Scotland won 1-0 at Hampden, also played in the Fairs Cup for Killie. Eventually replaced by Eric Martin (though Dave Maclaren was brought in before Martin), who like Fraser never got a Scotland call up while he was with Southampton, because they considered Southampton too far away.
  16. Isgrove qualifies for u21 until end of this season, but will be ineligible next season. Sinclair and Rowe will still be classed as u21 next season. the only other player who looks like he is inelgible next season is Cody Cropper, but then the u21 competition rules allow an overage keeper anyway.

    Eder

9 goals in 2 seasons for Braga, 13 the season before that. Maybe he has gone off the boil and needs a fresh start but to be honest doesn't sound particularly promising.

    Eder

Fits the profile, has an accent in his name: Éder
  19. Interesting point, I realise you were probably saying this in jest (maybe not) but Premier League rules prevent clubs loaning out more than one goalkeeper per season: "Rule V7.7 a Club may transfer the registration of no more than one of its goalkeepers by wayof temporary Transfer to another Club each Season, subject to any furtherTemporary Transfer of one of its goalkeepers pursuant to Rule V.7.6.2;" So having loaned out Boruc to Boscombe, we would not have been allowed to loan out any of the other 6 keepers on our books (unless Johns may still have been covered by other rules that apply specifically to Youth players).
  20. Clearly won't be going to Spuds, given that he says that he doesn't want to be sitting at home watching TV on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. He didn't mention Thursdays, so seems clear he will go to PL/CL club. Will be sad to see him go, but he is so clearly a player that gives his all to the club he is contracted to that you have to respect it and wish him well. Shame that we didn't put in place a good enough squad that could have sustained our CL push, because it is clear we were not that far away.
  21. I think the Opta Stats quoted in the Mail are a bit suspect. That is not far off Usain Bolt standard (36km v 44km). Still I guess we could have had the fastest sprinter in the league if we had signed Bolt like was being rumoured a year or so ago.
  22. If you like. You could b be right about Peter Cech I suppos. As for the person being discussed your Dell sized mentality clearly presents you with a problem.
