Tactically inept. As a leader, completely uninspiring but I can't bring myself to hate him. It's not his fault he was given a job well outside his comfort zone. Don't blame him for not resigning either. Why should he? Ultimately nice bloke, heart in right place, very dignified exit from him too. Welcome back any time as a fan but in no other capacity.

Dreamt last night that we were 5-0 down at half time and both teams were down to 9 men while Swansea were 1-0 up. We came out and got a goal and I think they did too. Swansea won 3-0 and I can't remember how our game finished but we ended up staying up on goal difference by two goals.
