Thrown off the bus. Hmmmmm. Liked him. Nice guy. Loved his energy and positive attitude. Hindsight is great - I do think he is limited from a tactical point of view. I remember his comments on MoTD when he was quizzed on formation after a poor performance and his response was along the lines of being required to play 4-3-3 ('cause that's what this club does). Shame. Nice guy. Sure he'll pick up another club quickly.
