Now 10 points clear after 21 games, into the semi-finals of the Carling Cup and just trounced Boro 6-0 at home. Life is sweet
-
Just had my two best results so far. 2-0 down away to Pompey at half-time, pulled it back to 2-2 before Chris Martin got himself a 2nd yellow for diving in the 89th minute and I thought I'd blown my chance of snatching the win, only for Harding to play a long ball over the top to Martinez in the 93rd minute for him to stick it in the top corner. Next game was away to Chelsea in the Carling Cup, came out very defensively but managed to go 2-0 down by the 40th minute, so switched to my normal style attacking style. This prompted Rickie Lambert and Danny Fox to start tearing up the Chelsea defence and secured me a quite incredible 4-2 win.

I don't agree with this at all, we've played a second string team in every round of the Cup so far, as have the vast majority of Premiership/Championship sides. The League Cup is not a competition we should be pushing all our resources into win, we should be prioritising the league every time. The League Cup is a great chance to give a run out to some fringe players, those lacking in fitness and those with something to prove, any progress in the competition is merely a bonus.

He should do it for the reserves as well with just the one box.

I seem to be doing rather well at the moment, made the following signings: Playing the following formation: Got the following results: I'm especially pleased with the 7-1 demolition of Derby, especially as none of the goals came from my two front men and their goal was an own goal. The 4-0 win over Sunderland in the cup was pretty special too. The draw with Leeds was disappointing, we dominated the whole game but Morgan gave away a silly penalty.

Inside Forwards would be a more accurate name We create most of our chances by the Inside Forwards getting out wide, drawing the full-back to them, then playing the ball to the striker to draw the centre-back out before cutting inside away from both defenders and getting free in the box with loads of space. We didn't do it once yesterday until De Ridder came on, then him and Chaplow were doing it loads and we started to get the chances. Lallana and Lambert are the real masters of playing like this, and we do miss him.
-
Davis saved the game for us. Hooiveld, what a player, MUST sign him in January. As for De Ridder,I say it every week, he is a different class, once again single handedly lifted the team and turned the game around when he came on.
-
Because of licensing issues they can't sell the game in South Korea. You need to import a copy and activate the code from it.
-
Don't think so. Cork didn't start yesterday because it wasn't his sort of game and NA knew that, and as evidenced by his poor performance when he came on, was right about it. What it shows is that NA has the confidence in his judgement and tactical knowledge to drop one of our better players when he doesn't feel like it's right for them to play. An arbitrary rotation system would go completely against the way NA plays tactically, fielding the right players in the right shape to deal with what's in-front of us.

FF here, glad I'm finally at the back for an away game!
-
FM is the better one to be on. It better stay that way as well, I work Tuesday nights and no chance of a digital radio in the van, has to stick to FM!
-
Needs to be signed, simple as. I said when he joined that he was a top class player with experience of playing at the highest level for a good side (Champions League with Copenhagen), and he's looked every bit a player of that calibre.

This marks the point in the season where we can really say we're challenging, not just for promotion, but for the title. I was optimistic about this season and thought we'd have a good crack at making top 6 but this is just unbelievable.
-
Good result, cracking performance. Still top!
-
This is only our 2nd game against the current top six, we comfortably won the first one and are totally dominating this one. Get a life.
-
You'd think that was the last 10 minutes of the game the way we've been totally dominating and boxing them in around their own box. Goal is only a matter of time.
-
Starting line-up is Davis, Richardson, Fonte, Hooiveld, Fox, Guly, Schneiderlin, Cork, Chaplow, Connolly, Lambert
-
False, I used to do at lease a dozen transactions a week where the card holder was not present and I didn't require anything other than the 16 digit number and the expiry date.

Pretty good article from Gary Neville about England: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2046899/We-stop-focusing-Wayne-Rooney-deal-Englands-REAL-problems--Gary-Neville.html

Steam downloads shouldn't be starting from the beginning, they always carry on from where they stopped.

Lambert is a master of pulling wide and dropping in behind the full-back as we have seen countless times last season and this. Either he's not picked up and ends up with the ball in loads of space or draws a defender out of the middle and creates the gaps that we've been seeing Lallana, Connolly, Guly and Chaplow marauding into recently. I think we will do very well against Boro.
-
I'm absolutely loving the demo, can't wait for the full-game now. Such a massive step up in this version, you feel so much more involved and in-control of what's going on. And finally MLG has fixed Lallana's corners!
-
Why is Seaborne injured at the start of the game???
-
Hooiveld for me, totally bossed it at the back.

The EU Parliament can't propose legislation though. Only the Council can do that, and the Council is not directly elected nor in any way able to be held accountable to the general population.
