3m is a fair amount really, I persoanlly think Lallana will go on to be worth a whole lot more than that though. I'm not sure about Surman, depends where he's played if he does go really. Not really sure why Stoke are after two fancy dan midfielders when they hardly ever play through the middle though. Fair play to Pulis if he's trying to change their image and style though. I'm sure there must be a decent Championship player at Stoke who isn't getting games who we can bring in on loan.

There is still plenty of time, give someone like Davies total control and tell him how much he has to spend on wages etc even sell Lallana and Surman. There are players like Lucketti, Perry etc who you can get on the cheap and sort the team out, someone like Davies would make us harder to beat and playing with a bit of passion and confidence. Pearson didn't spend anything and turned are season around in 12 games, give Davies half a season and he can get us out this mess.

Yeah, I really wouldn't be shocked at all. We need a strong manager in charge not another "yes man" with no experience.
