  1. I'd be happy with anything under 3-0, just like the game in Reading. I don't like to say it but i'd be quite happy to see us lose today if it meant the end of JP...
  2. I started but it was too depressing, can't be arsed to right a load of negative stuff about the lads. Davis, Cork, Perry, Holmes and Skacel are the only ones who would avoid any criticism from me.
  3. I do like Rudi but I think he's wasted a bit at left back and Holmes is probably on half as much money and does almost as good a job on the wing. I'm not convinced about Euell, I wouldn't be too concerned if we sold him and replaced him with another experienced midfielder, I think we an experieneced head in the final 3rd. Maybe Holmes of the left with Skacel in the hole and Dyer, Smith or Lallana on the right.
  4. We need to take a gamble. I'd bring back Saga now, the whole Saga or Cork thing is ******** imo, if we keep making cuts financially we will be relegated and we will be in a much bigger mess. Get a new manager in, recall Saga and Dyer asap and send back all the loanees other than Cork. If Surman, Lallana, Schneilderin, Skacel or any of the other youngsters need to be sold to finance it then so be it. Need to keep hold of Davis, Perry, Saga, Euell, Cork and Holmes with a decent manager there is at least a spine we can build a team around with decent experience in the league. Doesn't even really need to be an amazing manager just someone who knows how to get the best out of teams in this league, I'd take someone like Boothroyd tomorrow, he's an old fashioned manager that would make us hard to beat rather than a ****y fancy passing side.
  5. Indeed, we lack goal scorers and leave BWP on the bench. If we're going to persist with 4-5-1 then i'd play Holmes and BWP out wide, BWP is at least a goal threat and can cause problems for defenders. He's not the best player in our squad but on current form he should be in the 11.
  6. That team isn't too bad, glad we've tried to change it around though. We've been dire since Reading with quite a settled side. If we're going to win then I think Gillett will be crucial, none of the other midfielders are going to tackle or put their foot in and that's going to be crucial against Plymouth. COYR.
  7. Foo Fighters - Wembley Vampire Weekend - Glasto Hot Chip - Guildhall
  8. Best time to do it would be a TV game. Obviously wouldn't happen for United but if we get another home game soon and everyone left at half time it would provoke a reaction from Lowe.
  9. We should just boycott the first ten minutes, I think Newcastle done a similar thing earlier in the season.
  10. Losing more of our first team squad is just what we need. When Pearce and Cork go back and we loan off Wotton we will have just Perry and Lancashire fit who can play centre back. He's not the best player but we need some sort of squad, we're going to have one of the smallest squads in the league if all the loans go back and Wotton, Lallana and Surman are all moved on.
  11. Well if he's got an abacus I must be wrong... Merry Christmas to you too.
  12. If we beat United.... I can't see 2.5k-3k season ticket holders not going each week. I don't know of any season ticket holders that don't bother to go.
  13. 14,500~ seems about the norm atm, only going to keep dropping unless we can pick up some sort of form.
  14. I'm not really sure how bad the financial position is and how much of that was down to Crouch and his time as Chairman but I really don't think we will ever be going in the right direction with Lowe in charge. Lots of fans will always be anti Lowe and as a club we will never be united. Crouch/Lawrie would be a far better option imo. Would be brilliant if they had the money to get rid of Lowe completely.
  15. I had to laugh when I read that part. If they aren't doing any sort of special planning to deal with Rooney, Ronaldo, Tevez etc then we will be in massive trouble.

I doubt it, he was just as bad. The only decent corner taker we've had recently was Jermaine Wright.
  17. It's not all bad news though, Dyer is coming back!!!
  18. That's brilliant news, really happy for her and her family.
  19. Very solid proof!!!!!
  20. Indeed it would be hilarious. Not that the Northam was 2/3's empty.
  21. I'm just going to get steaming, if there are too many Mancs sat near me I'll probably just go back to the pub.

Itchen/Chappell corner? I think i remember seeing a banner of some sort down there.
  23. That's something to look forward to then.
  24. Not everyone who has a season tickets and goes to games mocks others. I've been to the majority of games home and away and I couldn't give a toss about plastic fans or people who are just going to see United. It's the same with the majority of ST holders as i'm sure you know.
  25. Haha you've got such an inferiority complex going on. You don't go to games, no one gives a ****. Go back to moaning about something else.
