  1. The cast of Blackadder, now there was a comedy line up. Atkinson, Fry and Laurie, three comic legends. Robinson, McInerry and Richardson all had their moments in the series too.
  2. Funnier than a lot of "comedians" around and it's good that he can do it without being obscene IMO. Don't watch YBF anymore because it's just too predictable, but TV Burp is pretty good.
  3. I thought we voted against the porn forum in the end? :-?
  4. Getting back to the OP, no but I have been known to shout, "fire in the hole" whilst farting.
  5. Ref is from Leicestershire. Seems a tad close to Ram ramming land for my liking. Midweek home-game at the end of a busy fixture list. Has Saints drawing a blank written all over it. I'm going for 0-0 or 0-1, sorry.
  6. I'd like to give Skacel a go in the hole if DMG is looking jaded. That would risk unsettling the defence a bit, but I'm almost certain we'd score more.

    Eyal Berkovic

    Dislocated brain perhaps...
  8. I swear sometimes the OS editors put these up just to see what we can come up with.
  9. I remember the race. Schumacher being on a 3 stop strategy, pulling out a large lead on the McLarens in a light car, then staying ahead after his final stop... It was a clever piece of tactical nouse from Brawn, but I wouldn't call it a classic race. IIRC Hakkinen had some kind of technical problems too, and it wasn't even an interesting finish to the race. Seriously, that wasn't even in my top 5 races for 1998, let alone of all time. 1998 Top Races 1. Spa - By a country mile. 2. Austrian GP - Fisichella and Alesi front row, action packed race, DC comes from the back to finish 2nd. 3. Luxembourg - Straight fight between Schumacher and Hakkinen to set up the season finale. 4. Canada - Several cars drop out, including big start accidents, twice. Both Bennettons and Stewarts in the points. 5. Britain - Interesting wet race, with bizarre twist at the end.
  10. The mosh pit took a while to get going at the annual Staplewood Rave.
  11. Surely you mean Spa 1998? :-s Hungary has been nothing but a complete snorefest since the beginning of time.
  12. Rudi Skacel - Asda Price.
  13. "Now I have seen everything." "Really, have you seen a man eat his own head?" "Well, Matt seems to be giving it a go"
  14. Again I'd tend to disagree. They've only played about 3 games together. Half a game on Saga's debut when they tore league leaders Derby a new one, hit the woodwork about 5 times, but couldn't seem to score. Stoke away the same season when Saga score, half a game against Palace at home last season, when Saga scored. Preston away last season when Saga was more of a winger, but still scored. I'd say that partnership has potential and is at least worth a try.
  15. No, everything people have said is fair enough. FWIW I'd love to keep both of them, and it's not impossible that could happen either. I just remember watching several games earlier on in the season and wondering what might have been had Rasiak been playing instead of Robertson or DMG. No Rasiak hasn't set the world alight at Watford, but up until 3 games ago neither had Euell. Neither has had a great season, but both CDAJFU.
  16. Don't forget Thomas Pekhart (although I have been trying). Apparently scoring for fun with Spuds reserves before he came here. Also Andreijs Pereplyotkins, who was a real tallent but had to be released when we couldn't get a work permit. Now at Derby and hasn't exactly set them alight. RE: DMG, forget the firework, it looks like Wotte's put a bucket of sunshine up his ass. Playing like a man possessed in the last few games. Still needs to work on his fitness though. Was clearly knackered after 70 mins against Cardiff.
  17. Wouldn't call a 20 goal a season man a luxury we can't afford, even if most of his goals are scored in the six yard box. With Saga able to score from seemingly anywhere, I think we'd have a good mix. Can't agree on John either. Seems to have lost his form terribly this season. 3 goals is it, and he's no spring chicken. Seems to be reliant on Saganowski being on the pitch to score for some reason.
  18. Assuming for one second we manage to stay up, but we could only afford the wages of one of those two players, who would you keep? Despite Euell's recent good form, it would have to be Rasiak for me. Given a run in the side, he always seems to score, plus he is 2 years younger. In an ideal world we'd keep both, which isn't entirely impossible if John and BWP are released.
  19. The next 4.66 games, bring it on!!!!!!!
  20. 'kin brilliant. What makes it better for me was that when I checked the half time scores, I half expected us to be ahead. Came back to the computer at full time and wasn't surprised we had hammered them. My only surprise was the identity of the goal-scorers, but it's great to know we have goals in the team and aren't reliant on Saga to get them. Now missed a days skiing stuck in bed with a cold , but can't wait to go to Derby game. We owe them after the last 2 games. Saga tore them a new one on his debut, but couldn't find the net, then missed a sitter in the PO first leg. Lets hope he rectifies that.
  21. The 2000 Jaguar gets my vote, although I liked the 1997 McLaren too.
  22. Several Ferrets.
  23. In the last 10 minutes or so before he came off, he seemed to stop running and played about 5 passes straight at the opposition. He may well have had a knock, but I think he was taken off anyway. He looked knackered.
