DENNIS ROFE IN THE HOUSE! Bloody typical I have to leave at 3.30.

Oh LB... Consistent at least!

Zimbabwe is landlocked, good luck getting permission to use other countries airspace! But, you're right - Just because we can't/won't tackle Mugabe, means we shouldn't tackle anyone. Let the slaughter continue!

I honestly can't believe some of the anti-interventionist rhetoric written on here and seen in public polls. History has shown that policies of isolationism only result in a country turning inward, being unable to affect positive change anywhere in the world outside their territory, and suffering as a society. Not to mention that it's just, legal, and in the hope of toppling a dictator and bringing democracy, but that hasn't seemed to convince the 'I'm alright jack crowd'.

Or "Should've used a condom".

Mark Hughes His first name is Leslie He played for Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Chelsea. He Won 14 major cups and League titles in his playing career. He was a useless budgie for us and somehow started every game.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-12725838 You're right! But I'm guessing he would just trot out the line that 'nothing has been decided yet' again and again. The only thing I agreed with was that the BBC '"should not be in a race to the bottom". I'm sure BBC 3 was set up as a channel dedicated to weaning off Morons from the main BBC channels, but has failed with BBC1 now just as bad. Much like How the Bowling/Cinema comlex in Eastleigh hasn't reduced the number of Chavs in Southampton by any great number.

Bournemouth 1 - 3 Saints - Post Match Reaction
Guan 2.0 replied to Saint_clark's topic in The Saints
Excellent Result. I still think Boro and Brighton will start losing games qiuicly, while we've gone from 'either play brilliantly and win by 4 or five, then lose to **** teams' to 'Win ugly if you have to' I'll take the latter all the live long day..... The run was long but you ran it, Lambert If there's a shot to take then you slam it, Lambert If there's a free kick to take then you man it, Lambert Now I've one thing to say and that's Dammit, Lambert, We love you... -
Went to the Game alongside K Billy's Supersound, (and only a few seats across from Bart, who looked quite Spry and Happy with some Polish Friends) First Half wasn't that great, as we all know. Not helped by yeovil playing Hoof or head (in fact I didn't see their left back (who launched into oxo later) control the ball it for the first half an hour with his feet *****il he skied it). They played very negatively, with only one up front, and only keeping one in our half some of the time *****il they were 3 down, and switched to 3 up front, how odd!). Their supporters were tard-ish, what with "premier league you're having a laugh". Just seemed desperate for attention. Our midfield was bypassed for the first half half well by hoofing, and Chaplow's wrongful booking (if anybody has seen the video and it a foul, I stand corrected, but it looked like he had won the ball fairly), neutered his aggressive game. Adkins spent the first 20-25 minutes screaming at 'deano' because he wasn't doing anything, and returning to the dugout with a face like Thunder several times. Our Silent captain gradually improved. How Butterfield (or Fonte in his absence) is not Captain is beyond me. Several times, Danny would rollick and instruct the back line, as well as coach those in front of him, whilst Hammond was having to be reminded of basics of pass and/or move, and didn't say a peep to help the team! Great vision from Danny on the first goal, too! Barnard worked hard and deserved a hat trick, though I would have preferred to see Lambert go for goal rather than tee up his mate for a third. One thing I liked about Oxo's was that he had a pop from distance, which IMO we don't do enough! Thought Gobern was good when he came on , and seems to be improving all the time whilst I was really willing Fonte in that one-on-one to get the monkey off his back (seems a confidence player). Oxo made me worry when he went down injured (anybody know what happened?) and his attempted cross that left him spinning into the ground was lolsome. Like many others, I like Martin as a player, but he looked nervous on Tuesday, Jhaidi on Saturday please! And Prof and Charlie Wayman, not being funny but you two are either trolls or mental. A solid 3-0 win were we don't get out of second gear but comfortably win in a warm up for Saturday, is not irrefutable proof that we will miss out on the playoffs. I'm sure there are certain mewing 'fans' on here that would prefer a loss to Bournemouth tomorrow so they can engage in a negativo ****fest against Adkins.

Some stray observations on the 'Great Escape' 2-0 The heroes of the Blackburn 3-3, Marian and CMFG are vital once again. IIRC, Marsden had been slaughtered by most Saints fans before then. "but it's saints who be sweating on a trip to the bescott stadium to play wallsall next season" Oh how times change. As questionable as his recent actions are, you can really see how much Le tiss cares in his after shot reactions. Oliver Dacourt was the only player to care for them, and took us on all by himself! As pointed out by Crab Lungs - The excellent 'One Vision' complete with 'Dell Crackle' to lead the team out! Kachloul! I don't care about the Ipswich/villa affair. Still got big love for the Man. Unlike Hughes, who I can't belive some fans were chanting his name. Useless, egotisitcal Budgie!

Maybe because Barnard might be doing bird in a little while he doen't want the team to get used to playing around his style?

Not Sure. I do know that Brighton's isn't good enough though! http://www.seagulls.co.uk/page/Latest/0,,10433~2303320,00.html Gus Poyet insists the disruption to Albion's pre-match routine had nothing to do with the below-par performance against MK Dons. The squad were forced to travel to stadium:mk in a convoy of taxis after the team coach broke down at the team's hotel prior to the game.

Hear, Hear! Did you go today, or listen to the whisper and the lisper?
