As an aside, watches have been one of the best, liquid small investments I have made over the years. If you buy small run unusual chronometers then so far they've always gone up. Having said that 2017 is a year of oversupply as the Chinese have stopped buying and the Superrich are in for the 130k jobs as above so if it'll remain a good haven who knows

According to Bob they both did, and one of them works Monday, Weds, Friday and the other Tuesday Thursday on alternate weeks or something like that. He says he quit because it was a case of "I don't agree with this, you tell that man to do x y z Bob". Could be sales crap - I was waiting for my glass of champers and all the paperwork at the time :-) There's a small independent clock and watch shop in Winchester just down from the Stable and opposite Gieves and Hawkes. They have an original Heuer Monaco from 1960something in there at the moment and a lovely Mark 1 Rolex Submariner with a green bezel. Anyway, he was saying there is an American company making fake watches now with real movements basically to allow owners to keep the real watch in the safe and wear the fake (like hanging a reproduction painting on the wall). They can copy any watch in the world but it's 5 grand give or take for the fake...

Chris Coleman lives in Winchester - maybe he posts on here

Is it Puel or Black? Something has to change anyway
-
Indeed. The will of the people in Winchester was to remain by 86% and the Winchester MP Steve Brine voted leave. Traitor

I for one am interested in his post match interviews as he appears to be the white Snoop Dog and I fear the BBC's bleep machine will break down

Hitler was given the mandate democratically to isolate Germany and put it first. that went well

Got mine from an American chap called Bob in the jewellers in the new shopping area in Newbury- the one with the 01 movement. Nice chap - touch of the Simpson's Gill about him but he's knowledgable enough (about Jeremy France in WInchester's divorce anyway - ha ha ;-))

What you do is set up a large offshore "shared services" business and they charge every subsidiary a set of substantial feea for shared accounting, IT, HR, media and advertising etc - enough to siphon the greater % of the profit off to pay minimal corporate tax on in aforementioned offshore place. Ericb on here may be aware of the nightmare of shared services in his business (I certainly was) - it's common in most global corporations and one of the major failings of globalisation as it means developed economies can only effectively tax the middle class... On this investment tho - who knows why they want to do it. The increasing drift back to autocracy at the top in China has been fuelling overseas investment to move wealth somewhere the government can't grab it. Hopefully Kat is true to her word (and there is NO reason to doubt she is) and she'll only do things in the best interests of the club

They have tickets in our end behind the goal as well for £350. Amusingly he's a Liverpool fan

A mate of mine owns a football travel agency (they specialise in El Classico) and they are resellers for Club Wembley and are doing packages from £500. Expensive but I know there's a few high rollers on here http://indulgefootball.com/Contact-us

Oldham. There was a pub below Boundary Park my wife and I parked up in and enjoyed crinkle cut chip butties in. Apparently it was an Oldham "firm" pub, and they needed to win to stay up and we walk in in our Saints shirts having stayed up the week before. Everybody was very friendly, and we lost the game 4-3 (it was Francis Benali day in the away end I think - or Francis Bengali as the Oldham announcer called him). They stayed up, Palace went down with record points, and a great evening in that pub was had by us all. Loads of different London experiences - Seven Sisters Road is bloody horrible (and I lived in London for 10 years) but had some good fun around Upton Lane after various West Ham games, next to Highbury and Islington Tube station (The Bailey - Stewpot from Grange hill drinks in there - showing my age - he came along for a post game curry once). Milan of course.... (sobs quietly)

It was onside. Boo

Best since Milan at home. Fair play to the lad

Le Tiss called this out in his post match analysis

If it's true (and I'm basing this on it being released by a massive liar from talking to some massive liars) then agree - it is *excellent* news and shows that maybe it won't all be a massive cluster****

Where's the fun in that Wes? ;-). Annihilation? No, not for me, they said I could leave. Really? Well, off you go then. Ha Ha, not really, it's annihilation for me as well. Ha, you got me there. Take a nuke from the right and move on

Or, in reality, any attack on a NATO country by Russia will lead to a NATO counterattack as per the NATO agreement, as opposed to an EU army coming running to anybody. Of course, that will be the end of it for all of us (maybe not NZ Saint), with the upside that we won't have to read your bull**** and lies anymore
