  2. It is a real shame as he's shown he's a good player on the rare occasion, so is it just consistency or laziness or indeed both?
  3. Not sure, but as the current system is absurdly slow i think we have to try anything within reason.
  4. Something had to be done, the new verison isn't perfect but unless you invest billions in the system it will continue to drag trials out for years which isn't fair on the victims or the accused.
  5. Made an amazing save vs Newcastle; was it Shearer??
  6. Personally i'd stick with the German, no manager is a guarantee of success, look at great managers who've moved clubs and done bugger all.
  7. Personally i think he was alright, two of the goals he was left unsighted by other players and the last goal was very lucky to be scored. I can't think of any other keepers short of Niemi who would have saved more than one of them.
  8. Have the Russian infil-trators on here revealed themselves yet?
  9. Shut it muppets, or i'll bang your heads together. Bloody children sciving off school.
  10. I'm getting a nosebleed. Which one of our former managers is getting appointed by the weekend?
  11. Rubber bands and Zip Ties. String and rope. Llamas; sheep but you don't need to bend down.
  12. Newcastle were promoted back to the Premier League in April 2010 and Carr was central to helping managers Chris Hughton and Alan Pardew (who replaced the sacked Hughton in December 2010) sign players from the French, Dutch and German leagues such as Hatem Ben Arfa, Yohan Cabaye, Sylvain Marveaux, Papiss Cissé and Cheick Tioté,[4] which helped turn the club's fortunes around. As a result, they finished fifth in the Premier League in the 2011–12 season,[4] which led to qualification for the 2012–13 Europa League.
  13. You must be joking, Folly was great for one season. A proper midfield general.
  14. Mr. Fifty Pence head.
  15. RIP Andy, Condolences to family and friends.
  16. Gary O'Neill would be the best choice, it would be a re run of Crouchy where he got shit at the start and then the cheeky scamp won the hearts of the SMS faithfull.
  17. The odds are against him but everyone including (saggy chops) wrote off Bale in his first season at Spurs, so who knows.
  18. I'm not sure that there's a concensus that it it socailly unacceptable or that its clear that it is wrong. I'm sure what i assume are men discussing it on a forum helps either way?
  19. Is there any evidence to support that?
  20. So by the logic being presented on the other side of the aisle when a trans man goes to use the womens toilets who's going to do the check that they're actually physical female?
  21. True, i don't know that a majority of women do mind, but i'm open to persuasion or evidence.
  22. I'm not a female so i can't comment for myself but the general consensus amongst female friends and colleagues is that they don't have an issue with trans women, the problem is men in general.
  23. If you think trans women are the issue with regards to children and women wait till i introdue you to biological men.
  24. True, just been amped up to 11 by various groups who need feel the need to punch down; i don't get it.
  25. Wouldn't the culture war happening in the US and elsewhere make people less like to identify if it means they're going to be persecuted?
