Away fans are allowed to make too much noise because of the Itchen North being closed, when it was open hardly no set of away supporters could make noise because they were boxed in by two vocal sets of fans. Since the Itchen North got shut, the atmosphere has been average at best.

Anyone get a decent view of the offside when Hammond broke in the 2nd half and knocked it to Papa who looked like he would have scored? Seemed harsh..

Kelv - Not much to do. 6/10. James - He still scares the **** out of me, but had a decent game today. 7/10. Jaidi - Rock soild, won almost everything in the air. 8/10. Trotman - Same again really, thought he had a slow start to the game though. 7/10. Harding - Started off slow, they scored and maybe he should have done better but after that I thought he was quality. 7/10. Hammond - Yet another soild game imo, passes the ball around nice and got stuck in. 8/10. Wotton - Shocked when I was him on the pitch, but I thought he did alright - Battled well to get the ball. 7/10. Mellis - His best game since signing imo, he actually did something today. 8/10. Papa Waigo - Poor for the first 20 minutes and missed a great chance, but after he scored (looked like the defender helped) he was good. He looked so scared to take players on against Rovers but today he looked confident. His crossing was poor but apart from that well done lad! Rickie Lambert - Soild, great finish for the goal and some decent passing movements created by him, unlucky with that free kick. Lallana - One of his best games in a Southampton shirt, two great finishes and he looked a real treat all day.

Well considering we've spent more money then most teams dream of and look set to be in another relegation battle is a major disappointment.

Saints are 1 and half star at the beginning but then if you download the latest squad update - this puts Papa and Jaidi in the team and we go up to 2 stars. It also makes Kelvs rating go up to 67 and if you play Lallana RM he is 67 I think. Wayne Thomas is a bit of a ***** on it though. Always get pushed off the ball!

Should have killed the game off at 2-1 but we can't do anything. Lloyd James is the new Jermaine Wright - terrible player. Don't get all this Saganowski love stuff, he was awful when he came on. Davis was at fault for the first goal, Jacob Mellis at fault for the second. Pardews subs - Clueless, was Lee Holmes on the bench? If so why didn't he play? Sorry to say this, but Pardew OUT.

I love how about 4 different players run at Jaidi and jump on him but hes still standing. Beast.

We should have won the majority of our games this month but didn't. All we seem to do is just move onto the next game and say 'must-win'. Our form is nowhere near good enough and the Charlton fans are exactly right about Pardew and he had 3 more games to turn this crap around or he can **** off.

The Icthen North will not be open if/when we get promoted back to the Championship imo. The only way it will be open is if we fill the ground.

I would only be happy for St Marys to host a World Cup match if we were in the Premiership. Extending the stadium to 40k whilst not in the top league isn't exactly a great idea to just host a game like Ghana and South Africa. Think about the club - If we look like we will be a Premiership club by then, go for it. If not, forget about it.

They sold out for the Norwich game at the weekend I think. But I agree, their away support is crap. Especially down here, how many did they bring last season? I even remember their first season down in The Championship when they played us - they must have been in the top 5 but didn't pack the away stand out and it looked half empty.

Nope, we drew with Arsenal at Highbury in our relegation season and lost 2-0 to them in the 03/04 season.
