  1. LOL!!! Perfect
  2. Needs a song
  3. Nearly bought a bloody Vitesse shirt and season ticket let alone a 5050 scarf!!!
  4. Agree with the above. He is actually a decent player, when he's not on the floor or moaning at the ref. Must be incredibly frustrating to have the talent and continue picking up bad injuries. What must it do to his spirit.
  5. That's some seriously bad luck for him.
  6. Hooooly sh*t that was fun. Thank you Arnhem indeed
  7. Was at the game and when walking around the Arena we were thinking how fantastic it would be if Saints could draw Ajax in a future Champions League fixture, not even thinking they'd get knocked out and go into the Europa.. Now it could be a possibility. Would be fantastic, but hopefully not until the group stages! Lots of people talking about Southampton over here too, which I was surprised about. Sorry, no, I mean Soushampton.
  8. anyone fancy sharing a taxi back to Dam after the game? Or are we all training it?
  9. We gone be gettin our beers on, gettin our rays on
  10. Home end tickets have arrived at my Amsterdam hotel from Vitesse website, which is good. Could have one possibly 2 spares available on the day for the home end.
  11. So Matty wasn't as good as Sheringham? Was Matty better than Vladimir Smicer? He won the Champions League, FA Cup, League Cup, Super Cup and UEFA Cup with Liverpool, but not sure I'd have him above MLT...or Lambert for that matter.
  12. Dancing is one of the joys of life. Don't pretend you don't boogie to yourself in the mirror wearing only your pants when nobody's around, cause we won't believe you.
  13. We need more attractive Asians at SMS like at 00.03. Hopefully Ralph or Uncle Les can see to that.
  14. I think CB is a hard position to come into at 21, especially into the 2nd best defence in the Premier League. Loaning out our young players to get experience at a good club like Boro is not a bad thing and not much disappointing either. I think the club know what they're doing. They've a reasonable track record with bringing through youngsters and their development so maybe best we trust them with this.
  15. Are they only giving out the match tickets with these travel packages on the buses themselves like in the Pompey bubble game?
  16. Ooooh ok ok ok my Turkish sweetheart yes we're looking we're looking. Oh good booooooy, very impressive sweet keep going, oh yes sweet we're still looking, we're still looking.
  17. Funny you should mention him as Bobby was in the Itchen last night with his two kids. Still gets on well with many at the club and tries to get to as many home games as possible.
  18. Great to see the human side of the players in stuff like this. Not sure how many other clubs get as much quality media content? Maybe they all do I'm not sure but Saints seem do to be tearing it up.
  19. Some of us couldn't get tickets in the away end so have bought in the Vitesse end. Don't worry we will be on our best behaviour. We've had the money leave our accounts but no tickets yet, hoping for them to arrive soon.
  20. More like throw some w*nker signs and shout "faaaackin kaaaants" from across the street before running off giggling. That's what propa fackin football fans do son.
  21. Absofruitly. Hopefully they bring over their fine buds and hippie vibes too and we can all hold hands and have a sing song. Oh and what's wrong with drunk footy in the park? Not a lot unless of course you're of the larger variety.
  22. Has anyone who has had their home end tickets sent to a Dutch address been informed they've arrived yet?
  23. Bit rude from the commentator there about the supporters. The best thing about Southampton is its parks. There's very little else to do unless you fancy a trip to the Titanic museum or the city Art Gallery! Take some beers into Palmerston Park, Hoglands Park, or a little farther to Southampton Common, and hope for sunshine! Bring a footy and have a kickabout, you'll probably find some Saints fans up for a game. The high street and West Quay Shopping centre aren't far from the ground and are ok to waste one or two hours, but who wants to spend too much time looking around endless coffeeshops (not the Dutch kind unfortunately) and clothes retailers surrounded by students and chavs? The waterfront at Southampton has not been utilised well. The council have f*cked it up for tourists and visitors but in fairness its main purpose is to serve cargo ships and cruise liners so there's not a great deal to do there. However, Ocean Village is an alright place to sit with a few cold ones over looking the marina. If you're arriving that early you might enjoy heading to Winchester first before trundling across to Southampton. The beautiful ancient old capital city of England and some mighty fine pubs too. Enjoy your trip! Oh and we have an Ikea!!!!!!! Excited????
