I would think had we been 3-0 up at half time that Lambert would have come on then. It's whether Hodgson has the balls to put him on the pitch when the match is still on a knife edge.
I'd still take Lescott if City don't want to play him much. Would do a good job at CB and can fit in at left back if ever needed. Of course we'd need to get his wages down but that might be possible...

I'd like to avoid those trains!
Obviously the Drugs and Alcohol people rarely come round, and in 10 and a half years I've never been tested, but I've pushed the alcohol side of it once or twice in my early Underground days and was lucky. It only takes one time to get caught and that's the livelyhood gone. We get a decent salary and good perks, we'd be stupid to risk it.
Is it a female's? Does it come with used knicks and a jamrag?
Didn't Ramirez claim (honestly) that he'd joined us because of the money we were offering him? If so, one would think Cortese would lull Osvaldo in using this same tactic. Money talks. Even if he doesn't particularly want to be here, I think Osvaldo would soon come round to the idea once he sees what we're building here...
Banega, Damiao, Bueno and Astori/Sorensen.
That would transform us into top 8 contenders overnight, possibly even European contenders, irrespective of cost.
And we would all be massaging our private areas the next morning.
